生物炭負載納米零價鐵材料的制備及還原降解性能

【摘要】:選取花生殼、稻草秸稈和玉米秸稈為原料制備不同種類生物炭,合成不同生物炭負載納米零價鐵復合材料(BC/n ZVI)。采用比表面積分析、掃描電鏡等多種表征方法獲得不同BC/n ZVI的物理化學和結構性質(zhì),測試BC/n ZVI對水溶液中典型有機氯農(nóng)藥γ-六六六的還原降解效果。結果表明,花生殼、稻草秸稈和玉米秸稈均在300℃制備條件下有較高的產(chǎn)率和較好的吸附效果;制備的BC/n ZVI顆粒呈球狀結構,以花生殼BC/n ZVI分散性為最好;在水相實驗中,添加BC/n ZVI對γ-六六六的去除效果優(yōu)于單獨添加生物炭或者納米零價鐵的效果;3種生物炭基材料中,花生殼BC/n ZVI對水相γ-六六六6 h的去除率為87.53%,反應體系中污染物總降解率達82.33%。
[Abstract]:Using peanut shell, straw and corn straw as raw materials, different kinds of biochar were prepared, and different carbon loaded nano-zero-valent iron composites (BC/n ZVI).) were synthesized. Different physical, chemical and structural properties of BC/n ZVI were obtained by specific surface area analysis, scanning electron microscopy and other characterization methods. The reduction and degradation effects of BC/n ZVI on typical organochlorine pesticide 緯 -HCH in aqueous solution were tested.
