【摘要】：生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的水土保持監(jiān)測(cè)內(nèi)容由1個(gè)目標(biāo)層、6個(gè)控制層、29個(gè)要素和96個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成。介紹了長(zhǎng)江流域水土保持監(jiān)測(cè)中心站開展水土保持工作主要采取的方法,即資料分析法、實(shí)地量測(cè)監(jiān)測(cè)、定點(diǎn)地面監(jiān)測(cè)、遙感監(jiān)測(cè)、三維激光掃描測(cè)量、攝影測(cè)量和遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控技術(shù)等。比較了各監(jiān)測(cè)方法的原理、適應(yīng)性及特點(diǎn)。由于各種監(jiān)測(cè)方法均不是獨(dú)立運(yùn)用于某一個(gè)項(xiàng)目工程,因此,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目工程總體布局和工程施工可能造成的水土流失部位的特點(diǎn),應(yīng)相互結(jié)合各自特點(diǎn),選擇適合的監(jiān)測(cè)方法,對(duì)生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目水土流失及水土保持措施進(jìn)行全過程監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:The monitoring content of soil and water conservation in production construction project consists of one target layer, six control layers, 29 elements and 96 indexes. This paper introduces the main methods of soil and water conservation in the monitoring center station of the Yangtze River Basin, including data analysis method, field measurement monitoring, fixed spot ground monitoring, remote sensing monitoring, 3D laser scanning measurement, etc. Photogrammetry and remote real-time monitoring technology. The principle, adaptability and characteristics of the monitoring methods are compared. As various monitoring methods are not independently applied to a project, according to the characteristics of the overall layout of the project and the soil and water loss sites that may be caused by the construction of the project, the appropriate monitoring methods should be selected according to their respective characteristics. The whole process monitoring of soil and water loss and soil and water conservation measures of production and construction project is carried out.
