【摘要】：論文基于江蘇省淮安市和連云港市沼氣池使用戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Probit模型考察農(nóng)戶沼肥還田決策行為的影響因素,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)出供給方程評價農(nóng)戶沼肥還田決策行為的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:沼氣池使用天數(shù)越多、戶主年齡越小、戶主是村干部或農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社成員以及人均承包地越多的農(nóng)戶,越傾向于選擇沼肥還田,而家庭總資產(chǎn)較少或較多的農(nóng)戶都不愿意選擇沼肥還田�？刂破渌麠l件,農(nóng)戶沼肥還田可能性每增加1%,單位面積農(nóng)地產(chǎn)值提高0.07%(10.81元/hm~2),若研究區(qū)域沼氣池使用戶全部選擇沼肥還田,單位面積農(nóng)地產(chǎn)值將提高356.55元/hm~2,具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),傾向得分匹配方法(PSM)的穩(wěn)健性分析進(jìn)一步證實這一結(jié)論。目前中國沼肥還田率總體不高且沒有規(guī)范的沼肥還田管理項目,進(jìn)而提出鼓勵沼氣池使用戶充分利用沼氣池,提高農(nóng)戶沼肥還田積極性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of biogas digesters in Huai'an and Lianyungang cities of Jiangsu Province, this paper uses Probit model to investigate the influencing factors of the decision making behavior of returning biogas fertilizer to farmland, and constructs the output supply equation to evaluate the economic effect of the decision making behavior of returning biogas fertilizer to the fields of farmers. The results showed that the more days biogas digesters were used, the younger the head of household was, and the more rural households who were members of village cadres or farmers' specialized cooperatives and the more contracted land per capita, the more inclined they were to choose biogas fertilizer to return to the fields. However, households with less or more total assets were unwilling to choose biogas fertilizer to return to the field. Under the control of other conditions, the output value of agricultural land per unit area will increase by 0.07% (10.81 yuan / hm-2) for each increase in the possibility of returning biogas fertilizer to farmland. If the biogas digesters in the study area make the users choose to return biogas fertilizer to the fields, the output value per unit area of agricultural land will increase by 356.55 yuan / hm ~ (-2), which has certain economic effect. The robustness analysis of tendency score matching method (PSM) further confirms this conclusion. At present, the rate of biogas fertilizer returning to farmland in China is not high and there is no standardized management project of biogas fertilizer returning to the field, and the policy suggestions on encouraging biogas digesters to make full use of biogas digesters and to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to return biogas fertilizer to the field are put forward.
