格氏栲天然林凋落物單寧提取工藝研究

【摘要】:為研究格氏栲天然林凋落物的單寧含量,對(duì)凋落物單寧提取的最佳工藝進(jìn)行探討。采用香草醛法測(cè)定單寧含量,將乙醇作為提取溶劑,選擇乙醇濃度、浸提溫度與溶劑體積等因素進(jìn)行單因素和L_9(3~3)正交試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:在乙醇濃度70%,提取溫度80℃,乙醇體積15 m L的條件下,單寧提取效果最佳,提取單寧含量為30.58 mg/g。
[Abstract]:In order to study the tannin content of litter in natural forest of Castanopsis kawakamii, the optimum technology of extracting tannin from litter was studied.
