【摘要】：通過北柴胡中柴胡皂苷類成分含量與地形因子之間的關(guān)系,對河北省北柴胡的地形適宜性進(jìn)行區(qū)劃研究,為選取種植柴胡的合理區(qū)域提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。在對河北省43個產(chǎn)地的柴胡實地采樣的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計分析方法全面分析了不同地形因子條件下柴胡中柴胡皂苷類成分含量的差異,海拔、坡度、坡向?qū)Σ窈碥疹惓煞趾康挠绊?并依據(jù)柴胡皂苷類成分與地形因子之間的關(guān)系,應(yīng)用Arc GIS進(jìn)行了基于地形因子的河北省北柴胡生態(tài)適宜性區(qū)劃。最適宜柴胡皂苷類成分積累的地形因素為海拔(600 m以上)、坡度(4.00~5.50°)、坡向(陽坡),因此,將北柴胡種植在太行山、燕山等地形條件相似的山區(qū)地帶最為適宜。
[Abstract]:Based on the relationship between the content of saponins and topographic factors in Bupleurum chinense, the topographic suitability of Bupleurum chinense in Hebei Province was studied in order to provide a scientific basis for selecting a reasonable region for planting Bupleurum chinense. Based on the field sampling of Bupleurum chinense from 43 producing areas in Hebei Province, the differences of saponins in Bupleurum chinense under different topographic factors, altitude and slope were analyzed by using statistical analysis method. The effect of slope direction on the content of saikosaponins was studied. According to the relationship between the components of saikosaponins and topographic factors, the ecological suitability regionalization of Bupleurum chinensis in North Hebei Province was carried out by using Arc GIS. The most suitable topographic factors for accumulation of saponins are elevation (above 600 m), slope (4.000.50 擄) and slope direction (sunny slope). Therefore, it is most suitable to plant Bupleurum chinense in the mountainous areas with similar topographical conditions such as Taihang Mountain and Yanshanian Mountains.
