【摘要】：對輪作(前3 a均種植玉米)和連作(連續(xù)4 a種植馬鈴薯)條件下馬鈴薯"大西洋"品種出苗期和落花期根區(qū)土壤溶液進行GC-MS測定,研究連作逆境下馬鈴薯根系分泌物的自毒物質(zhì)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),兩種根區(qū)土壤溶液中匹配度80%以上的有機物均檢測出烴、苯、酸、醇、酯、醛、酮,酰胺及其烴衍生物,其中出苗期有13種有機物是連作土壤溶液中獨有物質(zhì),且含量最高的是丙酸丙酯(22.335%),最低的是2-十一烯醛(0.258%)。落花期連作土壤溶液中新增有機化合物7種,其中十六烷酸丙基酯也稱棕櫚酸丙基酯是植物自毒物質(zhì)。比對出苗期和落花期兩種土壤溶液有機物,確定12種化合物〔壬烷、丙酸丙酯、辛醛、二丁基羥基甲苯、1,2-苯二甲酸二(2-甲基丙基)酯、2,6-二甲基壬烷、2-辛烯醛、2-十一烯醛、1-十二烯、1-十三烷醇、1-十五碳烯、5-十八烯〕不是馬鈴薯自毒化合物。落花期連作土壤溶液中獨有的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺化合物也是出苗期連作土壤獨有物質(zhì),其濃度為0.455%(出苗期)和0.699%(落花期),該物質(zhì)是否為自毒物質(zhì)尚需進一步研究。
[Abstract]:GC-MS was used to determine the soil solution of potato "Atlantic" at seedling emergence and flowering stage under rotation (maize planting in the first 3 years) and continuous cropping (potato growing for 4 years). The autotoxic substances of potato root exudates under continuous cropping stress were studied. The results showed that hydrocarbons, benzene, acids, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones, amides and their hydrocarbon derivatives were detected in soil solutions with matching degree of more than 80%. The highest content was propyl propionate (22.335%), and the lowest was 2-undecenaldehyde (0.258%). Seven new organic compounds were found in continuous cropping soil solution at flowering stage, among which propyl hexadecanoate, also called propyl palmitate, is a plant autotoxic substance. Twelve compounds (nonane, propyl propionate, octylaldehyde) were determined by comparing organic matter in two soil solutions at seedling stage and flowering stage. 2 Ding Ji hydroxyl toluene 1 (2-methylpropyl) bis (2-methylpropyl) dimethylnonane 2-octenal (2-octenal) 1-dodecenol 1-decadecenol 1-pentadecene 5-octadecene) is not an autotoxic compound of potato. N- N- dimethylformamide, which is unique in continuous cropping soil solution at flowering stage, is also unique to continuous cropping soil at emergence stage, and its concentrations are 0.455% (seedling stage) and 0.699% (falling flower period). It is necessary to further study whether the compound is autotoxic.
