甘肅沿黃灌區(qū)連作馬鈴薯根區(qū)土壤有機物GC-MS分析
[Abstract]:GC-MS was used to determine the soil solution of potato "Atlantic" at seedling emergence and flowering stage under rotation (maize planting in the first 3 years) and continuous cropping (potato growing for 4 years). The autotoxic substances of potato root exudates under continuous cropping stress were studied. The results showed that hydrocarbons, benzene, acids, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones, amides and their hydrocarbon derivatives were detected in soil solutions with matching degree of more than 80%. The highest content was propyl propionate (22.335%), and the lowest was 2-undecenaldehyde (0.258%). Seven new organic compounds were found in continuous cropping soil solution at flowering stage, among which propyl hexadecanoate, also called propyl palmitate, is a plant autotoxic substance. Twelve compounds (nonane, propyl propionate, octylaldehyde) were determined by comparing organic matter in two soil solutions at seedling stage and flowering stage. 2 Ding Ji hydroxyl toluene 1 (2-methylpropyl) bis (2-methylpropyl) dimethylnonane 2-octenal (2-octenal) 1-dodecenol 1-decadecenol 1-pentadecene 5-octadecene) is not an autotoxic compound of potato. N- N- dimethylformamide, which is unique in continuous cropping soil solution at flowering stage, is also unique to continuous cropping soil at emergence stage, and its concentrations are 0.455% (seedling stage) and 0.699% (falling flower period). It is necessary to further study whether the compound is autotoxic.
