【摘要】：正6月3日,在上海自然博物館(上�？萍拣^分館)舉行的"綠螺講堂·新問(wèn)題沙龍"上,中科院院士、華大基因研究院理事長(zhǎng)楊煥明表示,"發(fā)酵農(nóng)業(yè)"未來(lái)或?qū)⒔鉀Q人類(lèi)的溫飽問(wèn)題。楊煥明說(shuō),所謂"發(fā)酵農(nóng)業(yè)",即利用合成基因組學(xué)技術(shù),在發(fā)酵罐里合成水稻、小麥、玉米等糧食以及各種蔬菜,使農(nóng)業(yè)不再靠天吃飯,給酵母喂糠就行。今年3月,《科學(xué)》雜志以封面、專(zhuān)刊的形式發(fā)表了關(guān)于"人工合成酵母基因組計(jì)劃"論文。中國(guó)、美國(guó)、英國(guó)等國(guó)的多家研究機(jī)構(gòu)參與這項(xiàng)計(jì)劃,其中中國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成了總工作量的2/3。"人
