【摘要】：利用誘蠅醚(Methyleugenol)和誘蠅酮(Cuelure)2種信息素誘劑對滇西南南汀河流域實蠅(Fruit fly)種群開展系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測和網(wǎng)捕調查,共捕獲實蠅43種。已鑒定明確學名的種類有34種,分屬寡毛實蠅亞科(Dacinae)和實蠅亞科(Trypetinae)2個亞科,寡毛實蠅族(Dacini)和阿坎洞實蠅族(Acanthonevrini)2個族,離腹寡毛實蠅屬(Bactrocera)、合腹寡毛實蠅屬(Dacus)和阿坎洞實蠅屬(Acanthonevra)3個屬;捕獲種類最多的監(jiān)測點達30種,捕獲量最高達40 504頭,不同層次區(qū)域間實蠅捕獲量差異達顯著(P0.05)或極顯著水平(P0.01);桔小實蠅[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)dorsalis(Hendel)]和瓜實蠅[Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)cucurbitae(Coquillett)]為優(yōu)勢種,南瓜實蠅[Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)tau(Walker)]為常見種;桔小實蠅、瓜實蠅、南瓜實蠅、泰實蠅[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)thailandica DrewHancock]和哈迪氏果實蠅[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)hardyi zhang,ji et chen]5種實蠅呈周年發(fā)生,其余實蠅種類呈季節(jié)性發(fā)生;桔小實蠅全年出現(xiàn)2次萬頭以上發(fā)生峰期,其他幾種實蠅發(fā)生峰期和發(fā)生數(shù)量各有差異。
[Abstract]:Two pheromone trapping agents (Methyleugenol) and (Cuelure) were used to monitor and catch the (Fruit fly) population in Nanting River basin of southwest Yunnan Province, and 43 species of fly were captured. 34 species have been identified, belonging to two subfamilies of (Dacinae) and (Trypetinae), (Dacini) and (Acanthonevrini), (Bactrocera), (Dacus) and (Acanthonevra), respectively. There were 30 species of the most captured species and 40,504 species of catches, and the difference of the catches between different areas was significant (P0.05) or extremely significant (P0.01), while the dominant species of fruit-fly (Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel) and fruit-fly (Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett) were the dominant species and the common species (Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) tau (Walker) of squash fly (P0.01), and the most common species (P0.01) were the fruit fly (Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) tau (Walker), the dominant species (Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel) and the fruit fly (Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett). Five species of fruit flies, such as fruit fly, squash fly, Bactrocera (Bactrocera) thailandica DrewHancock and Bactrocera (Bactrocera) hardyi zhangji et chen, occur annually, and the other fruit flies occur seasonally, and the fruit flies have a peak occurrence period of more than 10, 000 heads twice a year. There were differences in the peak period and the number of occurrence in other species of fly.
