【摘要】：生態(tài)惡化正成為制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素,加強(qiáng)生態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),并有效監(jiān)控生態(tài)環(huán)境變化,是生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)和建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工作。提出了生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中"天地一體化"水土保持監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),并重點(diǎn)探討了高、中、低空遙感影像結(jié)合,監(jiān)測(cè)自動(dòng)化,天地一體化通信及數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)燃夹g(shù),補(bǔ)充了相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)保障體系等內(nèi)容,最后還指出了"天地一體化"水土保持監(jiān)測(cè)的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Ecological deterioration is becoming an important factor restricting the sustainable development of our economy. It is the basic work of ecological environment protection and construction to strengthen the construction of ecological monitoring network and effectively monitor the changes of ecological environment. This paper puts forward the network structure of "earth and earth integration" soil and water conservation monitoring in production construction project, and emphatically discusses the technology of combining high, middle and low altitude remote sensing images, monitoring automation, earth and sky integration communication and data transmission, etc. The related standards and network guarantee system are supplemented. Finally, the development direction of soil and water conservation monitoring is pointed out.
