真空蒸餾提取與原位采集對土壤水氫氧穩(wěn)定同位素值比值的影響

【摘要】:為了研究不同采樣方法對采集的土壤水氫氧穩(wěn)定同位素比值的影響,設(shè)計了室內(nèi)降水入滲模擬試驗,收集土柱底部出流水、土壤溶液采樣器原位采集10cm、40cm、70cm、100cm處的土壤水,在相同層位采集土壤樣品并采用真空蒸餾法提取土壤水。通過樣品的氫氧穩(wěn)定同位素比值對比分析可知,降水入滲干燥的土壤過程中土顆粒優(yōu)先吸附輕同位素,第一個收集的水分具有最正的氫氧穩(wěn)定同位素比值;真空蒸餾法提取的土壤水是土壤吸濕水和入滲水分的混合,土壤溶液采樣器原位采集的土壤水代表土壤中流動的水分,此水分是土壤中可被有效利用的水分。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different sampling methods on the ratio of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes in soil water, a simulated experiment was designed to collect water from the bottom of the soil column. Soil solution sampler was used to collect soil water at 10cm, 40cm, 70cm and 100cm in situ. Soil samples were collected at the same level and vacuum distillation was used to extract soil water. Through the comparative analysis of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope ratio of the samples, it is found that the soil particles first adsorb light isotopes in the process of precipitation infiltration and dry soil, the first collected moisture has the most positive hydrogen oxygen stable isotope ratio, and the soil water extracted by vacuum distillation is a mixture of soil moisture and infiltration water, and the soil solution sampler original The soil water collected by bits represents the moisture flowing in the soil, which is the water that can be effectively utilized in the soil.
