基于二維碼技術(shù)的稻米可追溯系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本研究以二維碼技術(shù)構(gòu)建的稻米質(zhì)量安全可追溯系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),以稻米加工企業(yè)為研究對象,以食品質(zhì)量安全可追溯體系為指導(dǎo),采用文獻分析法、調(diào)查法,運用二位碼技術(shù)、HACCP體系、Python編程語言,圍繞稻米產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,開展稻米的可追溯系統(tǒng)研究,為構(gòu)建適用全國性的食品質(zhì)量安全可追溯系統(tǒng)的實施提供支撐和參考。本研究擬解決的關(guān)鍵問題,一是以二維碼技術(shù)構(gòu)建的稻米產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)達到“一品一碼,全程追溯”的追溯方式,并覆蓋從原料種植、原料采購、原料倉儲、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)(賦碼、打印、關(guān)聯(lián))、產(chǎn)品出入庫、產(chǎn)品配送(經(jīng)銷商、商超)、市場查詢(消費者、稽查人員)等流通環(huán)節(jié)。二是研究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)中應(yīng)用遇到的阻礙及問題。三是為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)更好的應(yīng)用提出可行性辦法及對策。本研究的創(chuàng)新點主要在于為深化稻米產(chǎn)品可追溯系統(tǒng),使其做到“一品一碼,全程追溯”。以前關(guān)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全可追溯系統(tǒng)的研究大多停留在追溯信息為一次性片面記錄信息,無法做到讓消費者及監(jiān)管部門直視產(chǎn)品的全部過程。研究雖也以各農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為研究對象,但以稻米加工企業(yè)為課題研究對象的研究很少,針對產(chǎn)糧大戶黑龍江省的稻米加工企業(yè)則更少提及。本研究構(gòu)建一個完整的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全可追溯系統(tǒng),將其運行的全部過程以稻米加工企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的流動形式展示出來,研究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全可追溯系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建及推廣應(yīng)用的主要問題,并根據(jù)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策,,研究視角更加準(zhǔn)確細致,更具有針對性,理論與實際聯(lián)系更緊密,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the rice quality and safety traceability system constructed by the two-dimensional code technology, takes the rice processing enterprise as the research object, takes the food quality safety traceability system as the instruction, adopts the literature analysis method, the investigation method. Based on the two-digit code technology and the Python programming language of HACCP system, the traceability system of rice is studied around the rice industry chain, which provides the support and reference for the implementation of the nationwide food quality and safety traceability system. The key problems to be solved in this study are as follows: first, the rice product quality traceability system based on QR code technology can reach the "one product, one yard, whole traceability" method, and cover the planting of raw materials, the purchase of raw materials, the storage of raw materials, Product production (coded, printed, associated), product storage, product distribution (dealers, commercial super), market inquiries (consumers, inspectors) and other circulation links. The second is to study the problems and obstacles encountered in the application of agricultural product quality traceability system in enterprises. Third, put forward the feasible method and countermeasure for the agricultural product quality traceability system. The innovation of this study is to deepen the rice product traceability system and make it "one product, one yard, whole traceability". Previous researches on the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety mostly stay in the one-off one-sided record of traceability information, which can not make consumers and regulators look directly at the whole process of products. Although the research also takes each agricultural product production enterprise as the research object, but takes the rice processing enterprise as the subject research object, the rice processing enterprise of Heilongjiang Province, which is the big grain producer, is less mentioned. In this study, a complete traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety is constructed, and the whole process of its operation is displayed in the form of product flow in rice processing enterprises. This paper studies the main problems of constructing and popularizing the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the problems found in the research. The research angle of view is more accurate and meticulous, more pertinence, and the theory is more closely related to practice. Have certain innovation.
