玉米莖基腐病生防菌的篩選及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:【目的】擬針對禾谷鐮孢進(jìn)行生防菌的篩選和應(yīng)用研究,以期為玉米莖基腐病生防菌劑的研制奠定基礎(chǔ)。【方法】通過對峙培養(yǎng)法對玉米莖基腐病的主要致病菌禾谷鐮孢進(jìn)行玉米內(nèi)生生防細(xì)菌的篩選,從玉米主栽品種九單48幼苗內(nèi)部獲得一株具有較強(qiáng)抑菌效果的內(nèi)生生防細(xì)菌(簡稱48SJ7-1);基于傳統(tǒng)鑒定、16S rRNA基因序列測定及系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析,對48SJ7-1進(jìn)行鑒定;并通過盆栽試驗(yàn)測定該生防菌株的防效!窘Y(jié)果】菌株48SJ7-1經(jīng)鑒定為甲基營養(yǎng)型芽孢桿菌,GenBank登錄號為KU377993,48SJ7-1盆栽防效為68.47%,與對照藥劑2%戊唑醇懸浮種衣劑差異不顯著!窘Y(jié)論】48SJ7-1對玉米莖基腐病的主要致病菌禾谷鐮孢有較好防效,對玉米生長還有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,而且表觀上無藥害發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the screening and application of biological control bacteria against Fusarium graminearum, In order to lay a foundation for the preparation of biocontrol agent of maize stem base rot. [methods] screening the bacteria of Fusarium graminearum, the main pathogen of maize stem rot, by means of confrontation culture, An internal bacteriostasis strain (48SJ7-1) with strong bacteriostatic effect was obtained from the seedlings of main maize cultivar Jiudan 48, and 48SJ7-1 was identified based on the sequencing of 16s rRNA gene and phylogenetic analysis. The control effect of the biocontrol strain 48SJ7-1 was determined by pot experiment. [results] the strain 48SJ7-1 was identified as Bacillus spp. The accession number of GenBank was KU377993A48SJ7-1, and the control effect was 68.47%. There was no significant difference between the strain 48SJ7-1 and 2% tebuconazole suspension seed coating agent. [conclusion] 48SJ7-1 has better control effect on Fusarium graminearum, the main pathogen of maize stem base rot. It can also promote the growth of maize, and there is no apparent harm.
