奶牛糞條垛式模擬堆肥腐熟度及微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)變化

【摘要】:為降低堆肥成本、促進(jìn)資源化利用和集約化養(yǎng)殖場奶牛糞污處理,采用小型堆肥反應(yīng)器,研究利用奶牛糞污壓榨殘?jiān)M(jìn)行無輔料添加條垛式堆肥的可行性.堆肥過程中監(jiān)測物料溫度和各種理化指標(biāo)的變化,并跟蹤解析微生物群落.條垛式模擬堆肥共持續(xù)75 d,肥堆溫度維持50℃以上達(dá)10 d,水分含量逐漸降低.pH在開始階段略有增加后最終降低到約8.0.有機(jī)物降解率在堆肥前30 d迅速增加,而后逐漸增加到57.8%,C/N隨著有機(jī)物的降解降低到9.75.NH_4~+在堆肥進(jìn)行20 d后顯著降低,由于硝化作用NO_3~-逐漸增加,最終產(chǎn)品中未檢測到NH_4~+,NO_3~-含量達(dá)到2 208.8 mg/kg(干重).堆肥結(jié)束時(shí)物料的電導(dǎo)率為2 250.8μS/cm,低于文獻(xiàn)推薦限值3 000μS/cm;成熟堆肥的種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)達(dá)到120.4%.高通量測序結(jié)果顯示,微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)在堆肥前期發(fā)生了顯著變化,堆肥后期則保持相對穩(wěn)定,氨氧化細(xì)菌Nitrosococcus和硝化細(xì)菌Nitrolancea、Nitrospira進(jìn)行了NH_4~+向NO_3~-的轉(zhuǎn)化,堆肥19 d后硝化細(xì)菌占總細(xì)菌的比例達(dá)2%以上.綜上,條垛式堆肥適合處理奶牛糞渣,可在無輔料添加情況下達(dá)到理想的堆肥效果,成熟堆肥質(zhì)量優(yōu)良.(圖10表1參25)
