戊唑醇在環(huán)境中的降解遷移和生物富集性研究

【摘要】:戊唑醇屬于內(nèi)吸性三唑類(lèi)殺菌農(nóng)藥,在國(guó)內(nèi)廣泛用于田間病蟲(chóng)防治,故其在環(huán)境中的歸趨備受關(guān)注。采用室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn)方法,研究了戊唑醇在水-沉積物中的降解特性、土壤中的吸附性和在斑馬魚(yú)中的生物富集性。結(jié)果表明:好氧條件下,戊唑醇在河流與湖泊水-沉積物系統(tǒng)中農(nóng)藥總量的降解半衰期分別為533.2、433.2 d;厭氧條件下,河流與湖泊水-沉積物系統(tǒng)中降解半衰期分別為364.8、1 732.9 d;沉積物系統(tǒng)降解半衰期較長(zhǎng),降解速率主要受水中戊唑醇的降解速率影響。戊唑醇在江西紅壤、太湖水稻土、常熟烏杉土、東北黑土中的吸附性符合Freundlich方程,Kd值分別為7.4、11.8、11.2和15;吸附性大小次序?yàn)闁|北黑土太湖水稻土常熟烏杉土江西紅壤;以有機(jī)碳含量表示的土壤吸附常數(shù)KOC在698.9~1 635.5之間;影響戊唑醇土壤吸附性的主要因素為土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量和p H。戊唑醇在斑馬魚(yú)中的生物富集系數(shù)BCF8 d為21.52~25.30,具有中等富集性。戊唑醇在水體環(huán)境中具有較強(qiáng)穩(wěn)定性,不易被土壤吸附,且具有一定的生物富集性,可能會(huì)對(duì)水體和水體生物造成一定的污染。
[Abstract]:Tebuconazole is an endo-triazole fungicidal pesticide, which is widely used in field pest control in China, so its fate in the environment has attracted much attention. The degradation characteristics of tebuconazole in water-sediment, adsorption in soil and bioconcentration in zebrafish were studied in laboratory. The results showed that the degradation half-life of tebuconazole in river and lake water-sediment system was 533.2433.2 days under aerobic condition. The degradation half-life in river and lake water-sediment system was 364.8m 1 732.9 d, and the degradation rate was mainly influenced by the degradation rate of tebuconazole in water. The adsorption of tebuconazole in red soil of Jiangxi, paddy soil of Taihu Lake, Changshu Ureus soil and black soil of Northeast China were in accordance with Freundlich equation and K d values were 7.4% 11.811.2 and 15, respectively, and the order of adsorption was red soil of Jiangxi. The soil adsorption constant (KOC) expressed by organic carbon content was between 698.9 and 1 635.5, and the main factors affecting the sorption of tebuconazole were soil organic matter content and pH. The bioenrichment coefficient (BCF8 d) of tebuconazole in zebrafish was 21.52 ~ 25.30, which showed moderate enrichment. Tebuconazole has strong stability in water environment, is not easy to be adsorbed by soil, and has certain bioaccumulation, which may cause certain pollution to water body and water organism.
