高效液相色譜法測(cè)定秸稈浸提液或腐解液中12種酚酸

【摘要】:建立了同時(shí)測(cè)定秸稈浸提液或腐解液中12種酚酸物質(zhì)(沒食子酸、原兒茶酸、龍膽酸、對(duì)羥基苯甲酸、綠原酸、香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸、對(duì)香豆酸、阿魏酸、芥子酸、水楊酸)的反相高效液相色譜測(cè)定方法。采用Waters HLB(500 mg、60μm、6 m L)固相萃取小柱對(duì)水溶液中的酚酸物質(zhì)進(jìn)行濃縮,以含0.5%乙酸的乙腈和0.5%乙酸的水溶液為流動(dòng)相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫,選用二極管陣列檢測(cè)器,30 min內(nèi)可對(duì)12種酚酸物質(zhì)同時(shí)檢測(cè),各種酚酸均可達(dá)到基線分離。加標(biāo)回收試驗(yàn)表明,樣品中12種酚酸類化合物的加標(biāo)回收率為79.41%~101.92%,12種酚酸保留時(shí)間和峰面積的RSD分別在0.02%~0.1%和0.25%~2.26%之間。該方法快速、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確,適用于同時(shí)測(cè)定秸稈浸提液、腐解液、土壤溶液及水溶液中12種酚酸物質(zhì)含量。
[Abstract]:The simultaneous determination of 12 phenolic acids (Gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, galacic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, Lv Yuan acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, eugenic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, erucic acid) in straw extract or decomposed solution was established. Salicylic acid-reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography-method for the determination of salicylic acid. The phenolic acid in aqueous solution was concentrated with Waters HLB (500 mg / L 60 渭 m ~ (6 mL) solid phase extraction column. The gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile containing 0.5% acetic acid and aqueous solution of 0.5% acetic acid as the mobile phase. Twelve phenolic acids can be detected simultaneously by diode array detector within 30 min, and all kinds of phenolic acids can be separated at baseline. The recoveries of 12 phenolic acids in the samples were 79.41% and 101.92%, respectively. The RSD of retention time and peak area of 12 phenolic acids were between 0.1% and 0.25% and 2.26%, respectively. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of 12 phenolic acids in straw extract, decomposed solution, soil solution and aqueous solution.
