木薯渣堆肥的生物酶活性與有機(jī)組分降解的關(guān)系

【摘要】:木薯渣堆肥過(guò)程中,起始物料采用接種微生物菌劑與人工翻堆相結(jié)合的模式進(jìn)行堆肥,經(jīng)過(guò)多種生物和生物化學(xué)過(guò)程而被轉(zhuǎn)化。通過(guò)兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)處理測(cè)定了堆肥過(guò)程各階段溫度,纖維素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶的活性和淀粉、纖維素、半纖維素、木質(zhì)素、NH+4-N、NO-3-N的含量,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明,接種菌劑可使堆體快速升溫,且提高堆肥過(guò)程中的最高溫度,延長(zhǎng)了高溫期的持續(xù)時(shí)間,達(dá)到堆肥無(wú)害化處理的目的;纖維素酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性的最高值出現(xiàn)在堆肥的高溫期。生物酶活性與堆肥有機(jī)組分的含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),說(shuō)明生物酶活性可以表征木薯渣堆肥中有機(jī)組分降解的狀況,指示木薯渣堆肥的發(fā)酵腐熟進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In the composting process of cassava dregs, the initial materials were compost by the combination of inoculation of microbial agents and artificial piling, and were transformed through a variety of biological and biochemical processes. The temperature, the activity of cellulase, protease, amylase and the contents of starch, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, NH _ 4-N _ (no _ 3-N) in composting process were determined by two experimental treatments, and the correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that inoculation of bacteria could increase the temperature of compost rapidly, increase the maximum temperature in composting process, prolong the duration of high temperature period, and achieve the purpose of harmless composting treatment, cellulase, cellulase, The highest activity of protease and amylase appeared in the high temperature period of compost. There was a significant negative correlation between the bioenzyme activity and the content of organic components in compost, which indicated that the bioenzyme activity could characterize the degradation of compost components in cassava residue compost, indicating the fermentation process of cassava residue compost.
