喀斯特峰叢洼地不同演替階段土壤微生物多樣性及影響因素

【摘要】:本研究以喀斯特峰叢洼地草叢(T)、灌叢(S)、次生林(SF)、原生林(PF)4個演替階段,每個演替階段各選擇4種典型代表性植物群落類型,通過常規(guī)分析及現(xiàn)代分子技術(shù)手段,分析土壤微生物多樣性及其影響因素,試圖闡明喀斯特峰叢洼地植被演替、植物群落類型及土壤環(huán)境對土壤微生物的影響,為喀斯特石漠化治理提供理論依據(jù)及借鑒基礎(chǔ)。主要結(jié)果如下:(1)不同植被演替階段土壤細菌與真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)不同,同一植被演替階段不同植物群落土壤細菌與真菌的群落結(jié)構(gòu)不同,同一植物群落根際與非根際土壤細菌與真菌的群落結(jié)構(gòu)不同。不同植被演替階段土壤細菌與真菌相似性差異較大,且土壤真菌相似性高于細菌相似性。(2)不同植被演替階段植物群落對土壤細菌群落多樣性影響不同,但對非根際土壤真菌群落多樣性的影響均達到顯著水平。(3)不同植被演替階段植物群落根際與非根際土壤理化性狀差異較大。土壤全氮是極顯著影響根際與非根際土壤細菌shannon-wiener指數(shù)的主要土壤因子、細菌豐富度(S)的主要土壤因子;全鉀是極顯著影響土壤根際與非根際細菌均勻度(EH)的主要土壤因子。(4)土壤p H與草叢階段根際土壤真菌shannon-wiener指數(shù)呈極顯著相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In this study, four typical plant community types were selected in each succession stage, including grass (T), shrub (S), secondary forest (SF) and primary forest (PF) in karst peak forest depression, and four typical plant community types were selected by conventional analysis and modern molecular techniques. This paper analyzes the diversity of soil microorganisms and its influencing factors, and attempts to elucidate the effects of vegetation succession, plant community types and soil environment on soil microbes in karst peak cluster depressions, in order to provide theoretical basis and reference basis for karst rocky desertification control. The main results are as follows: (1) the community structure of soil bacteria and fungi is different in different vegetation succession stages, and the structure of soil bacteria and fungi is different in the same vegetation succession stage. The community structure of bacteria and fungi is different between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of the same plant community. The similarity of soil bacteria and fungi in different vegetation succession stages was different, and the similarity of soil fungi was higher than that of bacteria. (2) the effects of plant communities on the diversity of soil bacterial communities were different in different vegetation succession stages. But the effect on the diversity of fungi community in non-rhizosphere soil reached significant level. (3) the physical and chemical properties of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in different vegetation succession stages were different greatly. Soil total nitrogen was the main soil factor which significantly affected the shannon-wiener index of bacteria in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil, and the main soil factor of bacterial richness (S). Total potassium was the main soil factor that significantly affected the soil rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere bacterial evenness (EH). (4) soil pH was significantly correlated with the shannon-wiener index of rhizosphere fungi in the herbaceous stage.
