【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的日益發(fā)展,各種農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)得以廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。采用靜電技術(shù)對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品實(shí)施分級是指根據(jù)不同物料各自的荷電特性、借助不同荷電方法對不同物料實(shí)施分離,從而達(dá)到快速對物料進(jìn)行分級的目的。為此,從靜電技術(shù)的主要分類入手,對當(dāng)前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分選原理展開分析,并介紹靜電技術(shù)在籽棉殘膜分選及茶葉分選等方面的應(yīng)用原理和分級過程,以期為開發(fā)新型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分級設(shè)備提供重要借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, various agricultural technologies have been widely used in modern agricultural production. The classification of agricultural products by electrostatic technology means that according to the charge characteristics of different materials, different materials are separated by different charging methods, so as to achieve the purpose of classifying materials quickly. Therefore, starting with the main classification of electrostatic technology, this paper analyzes the principle of agricultural product separation, and introduces the application principle and classification process of electrostatic technology in seed cotton residual film sorting and tea sorting. With a view to the development of new agricultural classification equipment to provide an important reference.
