河北省南和縣耕地集約利用評價及障礙度診斷

【摘要】:為探究耕地利用中的主要障礙限制因素,實現(xiàn)耕地的集約高效利用,以有著"畿南糧倉"之稱的河北省南和縣為例,從耕地投入強(qiáng)度、利用程度、利用效率、持續(xù)狀況4個方面構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用變異系數(shù)法確定指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過構(gòu)建的評價模型定量計算南和縣及各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)耕地集約利用分值,并進(jìn)行時空特征分析以及障礙因素分析。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)2003—2013年,南和縣各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的集約水平在提高,集約利用等級逐漸由低等級向高等級轉(zhuǎn)化;集約利用等級相同的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)呈現(xiàn)集聚連片分布和數(shù)量逐年擴(kuò)大的特征;(2)2003—2013年,南和縣及各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)因素層因子間的協(xié)調(diào)度在增加;(3)2003、2008、2013年,因素層障礙因子中,投入強(qiáng)度和持續(xù)狀況分別是全縣最大和最小的限制因子,其他2項因素排名中等、差別不大;各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的排序和全縣的整體情況基本一致;2013年,持續(xù)狀況是和陽鎮(zhèn)最大的因素層限制因子。指標(biāo)層因子中,南和縣以及各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)排名前6位的限制因子不盡相同,絕大多數(shù)屬于投入強(qiáng)度指標(biāo);2013年,除投入強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)外,人均耕地、糧食安全系數(shù)、墾殖系數(shù)、復(fù)種指數(shù)也是某些鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)耕地集約的限制因子。
[Abstract]:In order to probe into the main limiting factors of cultivated land utilization and realize the intensive and efficient utilization of cultivated land, taking Nanhe County of Hebei Province, which is known as the "guinean granary", as an example, the input intensity, the degree of utilization and the utilization efficiency of cultivated land are taken as an example. The evaluation index system was constructed in four aspects, and the weight of the index was determined by the coefficient of variation method. On the basis of this, the cultivated land intensive utilization scores of Nanhe County and each township were calculated quantitatively by the evaluation model, and the space-time characteristic analysis and obstacle factor analysis were carried out. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) from 2003 to 2013, the intensive level of towns in Nanhe County is increasing, and the level of intensive utilization is gradually changing from low level to high level; Towns with the same level of intensive utilization show the characteristics of agglomeration distribution and increasing number year by year; (2) from 2003 to 2013, the degree of coordination among factors of Nanhe county and each township is increasing; (3) from 2003 to 2008, in 2013, the factor level barrier factor, The input intensity and sustainability are the largest and smallest limiting factors in the county respectively, while the other two factors rank moderately, with little difference; the ranking of the townships and towns is basically the same as the overall situation of the whole county; in 2013, Persistent condition is the biggest factor layer limiting factor in Heyang town. Among the index layer factors, Nanhe County and each township rank the top 6 limiting factors differently, most of them belong to the input intensity index. In 2013, in addition to the input intensity index, per capita arable land, food safety factor, reclamation coefficient, The multiple cropping index is also a limiting factor for the intensification of cultivated land in some villages and towns.
