輪作模式在農(nóng)耕區(qū)土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)推測(cè)制圖中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:人類活動(dòng)近年成為數(shù)字土壤制圖亟需考慮的要素。本文以農(nóng)業(yè)活動(dòng)中輪作模式為例,將輪作信息應(yīng)用于數(shù)字土壤制圖,探討其對(duì)土壤空間變異刻畫的有效性。以安徽宣城兩個(gè)縣市的耕地平區(qū)為研究區(qū),通過野外調(diào)查獲得近年三種主要輪作模式,基于監(jiān)督分類對(duì)多期遙感影像解譯得到輪作類型空間分布圖,使用方差分析探討輪作對(duì)土壤表層有機(jī)質(zhì)空間變異是否有顯著性影響,采用隨機(jī)森林重要性指標(biāo)對(duì)自然環(huán)境因子、輪作模式、土地利用方式和歸一化植被指數(shù)進(jìn)行重要性排序,并構(gòu)建不同的環(huán)境因子組合,利用基于相似度的土壤推測(cè)模型和隨機(jī)森林模型進(jìn)行制圖和交叉驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,輪作模式對(duì)土壤表層有機(jī)質(zhì)有顯著性影響,其重要性排序?yàn)榈诙?引入輪作使得基于相似度的土壤推測(cè)模型和隨機(jī)森林模型制圖精度分別提高4.8%~65.9%和1.9%~2.7%。
[Abstract]:Human activities have become an important factor in digital soil mapping in recent years. In this paper, the rotation pattern in agricultural activities is taken as an example, and the rotation information is applied to digital soil mapping, and its validity to depict soil spatial variation is discussed. In this paper, three main rotation patterns were obtained by field investigation in the flat area of two counties and cities in Xuancheng, Anhui Province. Based on the supervised classification, the spatial distribution map of rotation type was obtained by interpreting multi-period remote sensing images. The variance analysis was used to investigate whether crop rotation had significant influence on spatial variability of soil surface organic matter, and the importance of natural environment factors, crop rotation patterns, land use patterns and normalized vegetation index was ranked by random forest importance index. Different combinations of environmental factors were constructed, and the similarity based soil conjecture model and stochastic forest model were used for mapping and cross-validation. The results showed that the rotation model had a significant effect on the soil surface organic matter, and the importance order was the second. The precision of soil conjecture model based on similarity and random forest model was increased by 4.859% and 1.92.7respectively.
