水平貫入式土壤壓實度測試系統(tǒng)及試驗研究

【摘要】:針對土壤壓實度檢測的需求,本研究應(yīng)用CFBLS-100型拉壓傳感器和基于PCMCIA總線的DAQP-12數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,在LabVIEW環(huán)境下設(shè)計了一套土壤壓實度現(xiàn)場測試系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r顯示傳感器輸出電壓及所對應(yīng)的壓力變化曲線,并將所采集到的數(shù)據(jù)存儲到計算機中,完成對數(shù)據(jù)的分析。經(jīng)標(biāo)定試驗證明:該測試系統(tǒng)所擬合的方程為線性,其相關(guān)系數(shù)較高,線性度較好,靈敏度較高,系統(tǒng)精度等級小于1級,工作時系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠。由室內(nèi)試驗知,在不同水平分層處,土壤壓實度與不同模擬壓力間均表現(xiàn)出3次多項式的函數(shù)關(guān)系,顯著性較強(α0.05)。且在不同模擬壓力下,不同土壤水平分層處的土壤壓實度和土壤容重表現(xiàn)出相似的特性,隨著模擬壓力的增加和土壤分層逐步加深,土壤壓實度和土壤容重的增加趨勢趨于一致。為研究作物地下組織與土壤之間的根土系統(tǒng)及合理耕層的構(gòu)建提供理論基礎(chǔ),并為農(nóng)業(yè)機械的研發(fā)具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of soil compaction measurement, a field testing system of soil compaction was designed in LabVIEW by using CFBLS-100 tension and compression sensor and DAQP-12 data acquisition card based on PCMCIA bus. The system can display the output voltage of the sensor and the corresponding pressure curve in real time, and store the collected data in the computer to complete the analysis of the data. The calibration test shows that the equation fitted by the system is linear, its correlation coefficient is higher, linearity is better, sensitivity is higher, the accuracy of the system is less than 1, and the system is stable and reliable. The results of laboratory experiments showed that the degree of soil compaction and the simulated pressure showed the function of cubic polynomial at different levels of stratification, and the significance was strong (偽 0.05). Under different simulated pressures, the soil compaction degree and soil bulk density at different soil levels showed similar characteristics. With the increase of simulated pressure and the deepening of soil stratification, The increasing trend of soil compaction degree and soil bulk density tends to be consistent. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of the root soil system and the construction of rational tilling layer between crop underground tissue and soil, and has certain significance for the research and development of agricultural machinery.
