【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)小麥播種作業(yè)性能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于CAN總線的小麥精密播種機(jī)播種實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),闡述了系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件,并進(jìn)行了田間試驗(yàn)。該系統(tǒng)包括傳感器信號(hào)采集單元、播種監(jiān)測(cè)模塊、CAN模塊和播種監(jiān)測(cè)終端,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)種管狀態(tài)、機(jī)具前進(jìn)速度和排種軸轉(zhuǎn)速。采用光電傳感器和霍爾傳感器分別檢測(cè)排種管落種狀態(tài)和地輪轉(zhuǎn)速并輸出電壓或脈沖信號(hào),播種監(jiān)測(cè)模塊根據(jù)傳感器輸出的信號(hào),判斷排種管播種狀態(tài)(正常、堵塞和空管),計(jì)算出地輪轉(zhuǎn)速和排種軸轉(zhuǎn)速,并計(jì)算出機(jī)具前進(jìn)速度,以上信息通過(guò)CAN總線傳輸給播種監(jiān)測(cè)終端并實(shí)時(shí)顯示。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)故障狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率為98%,堵塞響應(yīng)時(shí)間0.2 s,空管報(bào)警響應(yīng)時(shí)間0.5 s。系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定可靠,抗塵、抗震能力強(qiáng),能夠有效監(jiān)測(cè)小麥播種作業(yè)性能。該研究成果能滿足小麥播種性能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)要求,有助于提高小麥播種作業(yè)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the real-time monitoring of wheat seeding performance, a wheat precision seeder seeding real-time monitoring system based on can bus is designed. The overall structure of the system, the hardware and software of the system, and the field test are described. The system includes sensor signal acquisition unit, seeding monitoring module can module and seeding monitoring terminal, which can monitor the status of seed tube in real time, advance speed of machine and rotation speed of seeding axis. Photoelectric sensor and Hall sensor are used to detect the seed dropping state of seeding tube and rotation speed of ground wheel and output voltage or pulse signal respectively. The seeding monitoring module judges the seeding state of seeding pipe according to the signal output from the sensor. The speed of ground wheel and the rotation speed of seeding axis are calculated, and the advance speed of the machine is calculated. The above information is transmitted to the seeding monitoring terminal through can bus and displayed in real time. The test results show that the fault state monitoring accuracy of the system is 98, the response time of clogging is 0.2 s, and the response time of air traffic alarm is 0.5 s. The system is stable and reliable, dust-resistant, strong seismic ability, can effectively monitor the performance of wheat seeding. The results can meet the requirement of real-time monitoring of wheat seeding performance and help to improve the quality of wheat seeding operations.
