【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,生態(tài)文明顯得越來越重要,保護(hù)好生態(tài)已被國家列入相關(guān)政策,濕地的保護(hù)也在其范圍之列。本文根據(jù)江西省鄱陽縣409份調(diào)查問卷,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法和描述分析法對(duì)農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿進(jìn)行分析。運(yùn)用回歸分析法構(gòu)建一般多元離散選擇模型,從農(nóng)戶個(gè)人特征、農(nóng)戶家庭特征、農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)特征以及外部特征這四方面對(duì)影響農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)論如下:首先,鄱陽湖區(qū)農(nóng)戶個(gè)人特征因素和外部特征因素對(duì)農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿的影響不顯著,除了外部特征中的經(jīng)濟(jì)程度因素呈正相關(guān)的顯著水平外;其次農(nóng)戶的家庭特征是影響農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿的主要因素之一,主要表現(xiàn)在家庭的干部人數(shù)、家庭參加村級(jí)活動(dòng)數(shù)、常聯(lián)系親戚數(shù)、耕地面積、農(nóng)業(yè)收入比重對(duì)農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿存在顯著影響;最后,鄱陽湖區(qū)農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)特征因素是影響其濕地保護(hù)意愿的重要因素之一,主要表現(xiàn)在了解生態(tài)功能程度、農(nóng)戶退田還濕意愿、保護(hù)鄱陽湖候鳥態(tài)度對(duì)農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿存在顯著的正相關(guān);禁漁期政策認(rèn)同度對(duì)農(nóng)戶濕地保護(hù)意愿存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。根據(jù)本文研究結(jié)論,最終提出四點(diǎn)政策建議:一是加強(qiáng)宣傳力度,提高濕地保護(hù)意識(shí);二是完善濕地管理建設(shè),加強(qiáng)鄱陽湖區(qū)濕地保護(hù)體系建設(shè);三是堅(jiān)持農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營方式;四是確定生態(tài)補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立鄱陽湖濕地生態(tài)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, ecological civilization becomes more and more important. The protection of ecology has been included in the relevant policies of the country, and the protection of wetlands is also in its scope. Based on 409 questionnaires in Poyang County, Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzes the farmers' wetland conservation intention by using the method of literature analysis and descriptive analysis. The general multivariate discrete choice model is constructed by regression analysis. The factors influencing farmers' willingness to protect wetland are empirically studied from four aspects: individual characteristics, household characteristics, wetland conservation characteristics and external characteristics. The conclusions are as follows: firstly, the factors of individual characteristics and external characteristics of farmers in Poyang Lake area have no significant influence on the wetland protection willingness of farmers, except for the significant level of economic degree factors in the external characteristics. Secondly, the family characteristics of peasant households are one of the main factors that affect the willingness of farmers to protect wetlands, mainly reflected in the number of family cadres, the number of families participating in activities at the village level, the number of relatives who are often contacted, and the area of cultivated land. The proportion of agricultural income has a significant impact on the willingness of farmers to protect wetlands. Finally, the characteristic factors of wetland protection of farmers in Poyang Lake region are one of the important factors that affect the willingness of wetland protection, mainly in understanding the degree of ecological function. There was a significant positive correlation between farmers' willingness to return farmland and wet land and the attitude of protecting migratory birds in Poyang Lake to protect wetland, while the policy identity of closed fishing period had a significant negative correlation with farmers' willingness to protect wetland. According to the conclusion of this paper, it finally puts forward four policy suggestions: first, to strengthen propaganda to improve the awareness of wetland protection; second, to perfect wetland management construction and strengthen the construction of wetland protection system in Poyang Lake region; third, to adhere to the development of agricultural modernization. The fourth is to establish ecological compensation standard and establish ecological compensation mechanism of Poyang Lake wetland.
