革屑提取膠原蛋白制備含氨基酸水溶肥的研究

【摘要】:以廢棄革屑為原料,采用氧化鈣水解革屑提取膠原蛋白,采用硫酸將膠原蛋白水解成便于植物吸收的氨基酸和小分子肽,螯合金屬鐵、鋅、銅、錳,制備了微量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料。硫酸的最佳水解工藝為:水解溫度110℃,硫酸用量為膠原蛋白的1.25倍,水解率可達(dá)91%。液體中游離氨基酸總量為231g/L,高出行業(yè)指標(biāo)131%。制備的微量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料符合液體產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)指標(biāo)和重金屬限量要求。
[Abstract]:Collagen was extracted from waste leather scraps by calcium oxide hydrolysis. Collagen was hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid to form amino acids and small peptides for plant absorption.
