蕓薹根腫菌單孢分離技術(shù)體系構(gòu)建及沈陽地區(qū)根腫菌的鑒定

【摘要】:蕓薹根腫菌嚴(yán)重危害大白菜和其他十字花科作物。由于根腫菌通常以多個生理小種混生狀態(tài)進(jìn)行侵染,導(dǎo)致抗病品種的抗性不能持久。以沈陽地區(qū)根腫菌為材料,進(jìn)行了單孢分離技術(shù)體系構(gòu)建,結(jié)果表明采取冷凍盒接菌法對兩日齡大白菜幼苗進(jìn)行單孢接種,可將侵染率提高到47.86%;采用基質(zhì)過渡培養(yǎng)可將大白菜植株成活率提高到67%。利用上述根腫菌單孢分離技術(shù)體系對沈陽地區(qū)根腫菌進(jìn)行單孢分離和Williams生理小種鑒定,結(jié)果表明沈陽地區(qū)根腫菌存在4號、8號、9號、11號生理小種,其中4號生理小種為優(yōu)勢小種。
[Abstract]:Bolting rhizomegaly seriously harms Chinese cabbage and other cruciferous crops. The resistance of resistant varieties can not be sustained due to the infection of rhizomegaly bacteria with multiple physiological races. The isolation technique system of single spore was constructed by using rhizomegaly bacteria in Shenyang area. The results showed that two day old Chinese cabbage seedlings were inoculated with single spores by freezing box inoculation method. The infection rate could be increased to 47.86, and the survival rate of Chinese cabbage could be increased to 67% by medium culture. The single sporulation isolation and Williams physiological race identification of rhizomegaly bacteria in Shenyang area were carried out by using the technique system mentioned above. The results showed that there were 4, 8, 9 and 11 physiological races of rhizomegaly bacteria in Shenyang area. Physiological race No. 4 was dominant.
