MgFe類水滑石法強(qiáng)化混凝深度處理豬場尾水及混凝污泥特性研究

【摘要】:為了深度處理經(jīng)二級生化處理后的豬場尾水,采用Mg Fe類水滑石法強(qiáng)化混凝豬場尾水�?疾炝瞬煌琾H值、Mg與Fe摩爾配比[n(Mg∶Fe)]等混凝條件對豬場尾水常規(guī)指標(biāo)以及其中微量重金屬[Zn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Cr(Ⅵ)]和獸用抗生素(磺胺甲基異惡脞,SMX)等去除效果的影響,并利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和傅立葉轉(zhuǎn)換紅外(FTIR)等技術(shù)對混凝污泥特性進(jìn)行分析,制備了催化材料,進(jìn)行了混凝污泥資源化利用初探。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)豬場尾水初始pH6.5時(shí),TP、濁度和Cr(Ⅵ)去除率分別在95%、80%和35%以上。當(dāng)初始pH值進(jìn)一步調(diào)節(jié)至大于8.0時(shí),MgFe類水滑石對Zn~(2+)和Cu~(2+)去除率可達(dá)85%以上,對SMX去除率在75%以上;Mg與Fe摩爾配比對各水質(zhì)指標(biāo)去除效果影響不大�;炷勰嘀饕纬傻牡V物相有類水滑石與磷酸鐵礦物。通過煅燒混凝污泥制備高級氧化催化劑,發(fā)現(xiàn)在相同過硫酸氫鉀(PMS)投加量的條件下,700℃限氧熱解混凝污泥制得的催化劑比同條件下利用人工合成MgFe類水滑石制得的催化劑具有更高的催化活性。研究結(jié)果可為養(yǎng)豬處理廢水與混凝污泥資源化利用研究提供支持。
[Abstract]:In order to further treat the pig farm tailings after secondary biochemical treatment, the mg Fe hydrotalcite method was used to strengthen the coagulated pig farm tailings. The effects of coagulation conditions such as different molar ratio of mg and Fe on the removal of trace heavy metals (Zn ~ (2 +) (Zn ~ (2 +) and sulfamethoxifen (SMX) in the tail water of pig farm were investigated.
