【摘要】：為優(yōu)化新肥菇原生地土壤有機(jī)碳氮的測定條件,獲取準(zhǔn)確的碳氮含量,為該野生食用菌的栽培料營養(yǎng)配比提供科學(xué)依據(jù),以采自新疆的新肥菇原生地土壤為試驗(yàn)材料,分別研究了浸提劑、浸提液濃度、樣液比和浸提時間對土壤可溶性有機(jī)碳氮測定的影響。結(jié)果表明:浸提劑和浸提劑濃度對土壤可溶性有機(jī)碳的測定有重要影響,樣液比和浸提時間對測定影響不顯著。而浸提劑、浸提液濃度、樣液比和浸提時間對土壤可溶性總氮的測定均無顯著影響。選用新鮮土壤,在室溫下以1.5 mol·L-1K2SO4為浸提劑,樣液比1∶4,浸提時間20 min時測定結(jié)果重復(fù)性好,精確度高,符合檢測要求。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the determination conditions of organic carbon and nitrogen in the original soil of Pleurotus edodes, to obtain the accurate carbon and nitrogen content, and to provide scientific basis for the nutrient ratio of the wild edible fungus, the soil of the original soil of the new Pleurotus edodes collected from Xinjiang was used as the experimental material. The effects of extractant, concentration of extraction solution, ratio of sample to liquid and extraction time on the determination of soluble organic carbon nitrogen in soil were studied. The results showed that the concentration of extractant and extractant had an important effect on the determination of soil soluble organic carbon, but the ratio of sample to liquid and extraction time had no significant effect on the determination of soil soluble organic carbon. However, there were no significant effects on the determination of soluble total nitrogen (TN) in soil by extractant, concentration, ratio of sample to liquid and extraction time. When fresh soil was extracted at room temperature with 1.5 mol L ~ (-1) K _ (2SO _ 4) as extractant, the ratio of sample to liquid was 1: 4, and the extraction time was 20 min, the results were reproducible and accurate.
