溫帶森林不同海拔土壤有機碳及相關(guān)胞外酶活性特征

【摘要】:研究測定了老禿頂子溫帶森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)7個海拔土壤不同形態(tài)碳和相關(guān)水解酶、氧化還原酶活性,分析了土壤有機碳及相關(guān)酶活性沿海拔梯度的影響因素.結(jié)果表明:隨海拔升高,土壤有機碳(SOC)、顆粒有機碳(POC)和可溶性有機碳(DOC)含量顯著增加,而在海拔825~1233 m之間沒有顯著變化,DOC/SOC則顯著下降;土壤α葡萄糖苷酶、β葡萄糖苷酶、木糖苷酶和纖維二糖水解酶活性顯著增加;土壤SOC、POC、DOC、全氮(TN)含量及土壤含水量(SMC)與土壤水解酶活性呈顯著正相關(guān);過氧化物酶(POD)活性在低海拔(675 m)落葉松人工林顯著低于其他海拔,POD活性與土壤碳氮(SOC、TN、POC、DOC)含量及SMC呈顯著正相關(guān),而土壤多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性在海拔947 m落葉闊葉林帶和海拔825 m紅松林中較高,且僅與土壤p H呈顯著正相關(guān),表明土壤酸度是驅(qū)動PPO酶活性的主要因素.在溫帶森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中,土壤養(yǎng)分含量和含水量是影響土壤水解酶海拔分布的重要因素.
[Abstract]:The activities of different forms of carbon and related hydrolases and redox enzymes in soils of 7 elevations in the temperate forest ecosystem of old baldness were studied. The factors influencing the soil organic carbon and related enzyme activities along the coastal gradient were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of soil organic carbon (SOC), particulate organic carbon (POC) and soluble organic carbon (DOC) increased significantly with the elevation increasing, but there was no significant change in DOC / SOC between 825 and 1233 m above sea level, and the soil 偽 glucosidase, 尾 glucosidase, 偽 glucosidase and 尾 glucosidase in soil increased significantly. The activities of xylosidase and cellobiose hydrolase were significantly increased, and the content of soil SOCPOCDOC, total nitrogen (TNN) and soil water content (SMCs) were positively correlated with the activity of soil hydrolase. The POD activity of peroxidase (POD) in larch plantation at low altitude was significantly lower than that in other plantations. There was a significant positive correlation between POD activity and soil carbon and nitrogen content and SMC. The activity of PPO was higher in deciduous broad-leaved forest and 825m Korean pine forest at the altitude of 947m and 825m, and only positively correlated with soil pH, indicating that soil acidity was the main factor driving the PPO activity. In temperate forest ecosystem, soil nutrient content and water content are the important factors affecting the elevation distribution of soil hydrolase.
