淄博市淄川區(qū)工業(yè)園區(qū)水土保持方案編制分析

【摘要】:隨著科學技術的快速發(fā)展,開發(fā)建設項目如雨后春筍般快速增多,而工業(yè)園區(qū)項目也在全國各地積極籌建,且發(fā)展勢頭良好。工業(yè)園區(qū)已成為促進地方經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展的重要力量。與此同時,工業(yè)園區(qū)的建設將大面積擾動原地貌,破壞植被,對區(qū)域環(huán)境和生態(tài)平衡都會造成不良影響。為此,編制工業(yè)園區(qū)水土保持方案意義重大,是貫徹國家法律法規(guī)的體現(xiàn),是控制工業(yè)園區(qū)項目建設引起水土流失的有效途徑。工業(yè)園區(qū)項目屬于典型的點型工程,園區(qū)占地面積大,上馬項目多,基礎建設內(nèi)容多,工程施工擾動地面面積大,建設工期長,開挖土石方較大是該類工程的主要特點。本文在編制過程中,分以下幾個重要部分:工業(yè)園區(qū)水土保持現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題、項目基本情況、土石方平衡、水土流失預測、水土保持監(jiān)測、工程設計和防治效果分析。通過水土流失預測,確定工業(yè)園區(qū)重點防治時段、區(qū)域、監(jiān)測點位和監(jiān)測時段。根據(jù)工程建設分期實施方式,將項目分為2個一級分區(qū);根據(jù)分期實施的布局,將項目分為8個二級分區(qū);根據(jù)建設功能、建設內(nèi)容、、擾動和破(損)壞地面的程度、采取不同的防治措施等因素,將項目區(qū)分為33個三級分區(qū)。項目開挖土石方和表土剝離量較大,根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀地形地貌,做到區(qū)內(nèi)土石方平衡。在施工過程中,減少占地、減少擾動面積、避開雨季和大風天氣施工,合理布設水土保持防治措施,減少工程建設產(chǎn)生的水土流失。本論文的研究成果為工業(yè)園區(qū)水土保持方案編制提供了理論依據(jù)和技術支持,有效的控制了工程建設過程產(chǎn)生的水土流失,根據(jù)園區(qū)水土流失特點,提出了綜合防治體系,真正起到為開發(fā)建設項目保駕護航的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the development and construction projects have mushroomed rapidly, and the industrial park projects are also actively prepared and developed in all parts of the country. The industrial park has become an important force to promote the rapid development of the local economy. At the same time, the construction of industrial parks will greatly disturb the original landforms and destroy the vegetation. Therefore, it is of great significance to the regional environment and ecological balance. Therefore, it is of great significance to compile the water and soil conservation scheme in the industrial park. It is the embodiment of the national laws and regulations and the effective way to control the soil erosion in the industrial park project. The industrial park project belongs to the typical point type project, the area is large and the project is many. There are many basic construction contents, large ground area of construction disturbance, long construction period and large soil and stone excavation, which are the main characteristics of this kind of project. In this paper, the following important parts are divided into several important parts: the status and existing problems of soil and water conservation in Industrial Park, the basic situation of the project, the balance of earth and stone, the prediction of soil and water loss, and the monitoring of soil and water conservation. Test, engineering design and prevention and control effect analysis. Through the prediction of soil erosion, the key prevention and control period, area, monitoring point and monitoring period of industrial park are determined. According to the construction stage implementation mode, the project is divided into 2 first level zoning. According to the layout of the stages, the project is divided into 8 two level zoning; according to the construction function, the construction content is based on the construction function. The project is divided into 33 three level zoning, with the degree of disturbance and breaking (damaged) the bad ground. The project is divided into 33 three grade zones. The research results of this paper provide theoretical basis and technical support for the establishment of water and soil conservation scheme in the industrial park, effectively control the soil erosion caused by the construction process, and put forward a comprehensive control system based on the characteristics of the water and soil loss in the park. Play a role in protecting the development and construction projects.
