餐廚垃圾和污泥聯(lián)合好氧堆肥中的氮素轉(zhuǎn)化及損失

【摘要】:采用強制通風靜態(tài)好氧堆肥工藝,對餐廚垃圾和污泥進行聯(lián)合堆肥化處理,探究二者不同配比對堆肥氮素轉(zhuǎn)化及氮素損失的影響.以w(C)/w(N)=15~40的5組餐廚垃圾和污泥作為堆肥基質(zhì),以木屑作為調(diào)理劑進行堆肥試驗.結(jié)果表明:所有堆體溫度均先升高后降低,最高溫度為78℃,w(C)/w(N)越高,堆體的最高溫度越低,且達到最高溫度的時間越長,pH先降低后升高至8.5趨于平緩,總有機碳質(zhì)量分數(shù)不斷降低.各堆體全氮和有機氮質(zhì)量分數(shù)先升高后顯著降低,銨態(tài)氮質(zhì)量分數(shù)先增加后略有減少,硝態(tài)氮質(zhì)量分數(shù)很低且變化不大.二者聯(lián)合堆肥中氮損失27.8%~48.4%,且與投加的污泥含量呈正相關關系,氨揮發(fā)占氮損失的52.6%~80.4%,氨揮發(fā)是氮損失的主要途徑,且隨著堆體w(C)/w(N)的增加呈減少趨勢.
[Abstract]:A static aerobic composting process with forced ventilation was used to treat the composting of kitchen garbage and sludge, and the effects of different composting ratios on nitrogen conversion and nitrogen loss were investigated. The composting test was carried out with five groups of kitchen waste and sludge of w(C)/w(N)=15~40 as composting substrate and sawdust as conditioning agent.
