干旱區(qū)蕪菁種質(zhì)資源營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)特性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:【目的】研究新疆蕪菁的種質(zhì)資源特性,為蕪菁育種提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)!痉椒ā恳M(jìn)不同來(lái)源蕪菁,以不同品種蕪菁作為試驗(yàn)材料,對(duì)總酚、黃酮、可溶性糖、蛋白質(zhì)、可溶性固形物、抗壞血酸、淀粉、可滴定酸含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定與比較。【結(jié)果】相同蕪菁品種在不同地點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)出營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)不同,柯坪縣的蕪菁品質(zhì)要優(yōu)于疏勒縣的蕪菁品質(zhì)?偡雍颗c可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物含量均呈顯著正相關(guān),黃酮含量與可溶性糖含量呈顯著正相關(guān),蛋白質(zhì)含量與抗壞血酸含量呈顯著正相關(guān),可溶性固形物含量與淀粉含量呈極顯著正相關(guān)!窘Y(jié)論】結(jié)合生物學(xué)性狀與果實(shí)營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)特性,篩選出符合新疆南疆種植的品種為,新星圓蔓菁,金秋蕪菁,柯坪-綠-圓錐,天地禾蕪菁,柯坪-綠-扁圓,柯坪-紫-圓錐,日本小蕪菁,可以進(jìn)行示范并大面積推廣。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the germplasm characteristics of turnip in Xinjiang, and to provide scientific theoretical basis for turnip breeding. [methods] different varieties of turnip were used as experimental materials to treat total phenol, flavonoids, soluble sugar and protein. The contents of soluble solids, ascorbic acid, starch and titratable acid were determined and compared. [results] the same varieties of turnip showed different nutritional quality in different locations, and the quality of turnip in Keping County was better than that in Shule County. Total phenol content was positively correlated with soluble sugar content, soluble solids content, flavonoid content and soluble sugar content, protein content and ascorbic acid content were significantly positive correlation, the content of flavonoids was positively correlated with the content of soluble sugar, and the content of protein was positively correlated with the content of ascorbic acid. The soluble solids content was significantly positively correlated with starch content. [conclusion] combined with biological characters and nutritional quality characteristics of fruit, the varieties suitable for planting in southern Xinjiang were as follows: Nova rotunda, Golden autumn turnip, Keping-green-cone. Tian he turnip, kopin-green-flat circle, kopin-purple-cone, Japanese small turnip, can be demonstrated and widely promoted.
