土壤理化性質(zhì)對草甘膦殘留檢測的影響

【摘要】:在土壤環(huán)境中草甘膦極易被土壤顆粒吸附,并與土壤中有機質(zhì)、金屬氧化物等反應(yīng),對草甘膦的檢測造成影響。采用磷酸鈉和檸檬酸三鈉混合溶液超聲提取、正己烷萃取凈化、氯甲酸-9-芴基甲酯(FMOC-Cl)衍生化、液相色譜-熒光檢測器測定的方法,分別探究了腐殖酸含量、重金屬離子含量以及土壤pH值對草甘膦檢測方法的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著土壤中有機質(zhì)含量增加,草甘膦的回收率逐漸降低;在土壤pH值為3~11范圍內(nèi),隨著pH值增加,草甘膦的回收率總體呈增加趨勢,在pH值為8~9時取得最大值,當(dāng)pH值9時回收率又有所降低;土壤中的重金屬離子Cu~(2+)、Fe~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Zn~(2+)和Ni~(2+)可以與草甘膦形成穩(wěn)定的絡(luò)合物,使回收率降低,而重金屬離子Co~(2+)和Mn~(2+)對草甘膦檢測沒有影響。該研究建立的土壤和沉積物中草甘膦的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測方法能夠滿足各種類型土壤和沉積物的檢測要求。
[Abstract]:Glyphosate is easily adsorbed by soil particles in soil environment and reacted with organic matter and metal oxides in soil, which has an effect on the detection of glyphosate. The content of humic acid was investigated by ultrasonic extraction of sodium phosphate and trisodium citrate, extraction and purification of n-hexane, derivation of chloroformate-9-fluorenyl methyl ester FMOC-Cl, and determination of humic acid by liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. Effects of heavy metal ion content and soil pH on glyphosate detection method. The results showed that the recovery rate of glyphosate decreased gradually with the increase of organic matter content in soil, and the recovery rate of glyphosate increased with the increase of pH value in the range of pH 3 ~ 11, and reached the maximum value in pH range of 8 ~ 9. When pH value was 9, the recovery rate was decreased, and the heavy metal ions Cu~(2 and Ni~(2 could form stable complexes with glyphosate, but the heavy metal ions Co~(2) and Mn~(2) had no effect on the detection of glyphosate. The standard method for the detection of glyphosate in soil and sediment can meet the requirements of various types of soil and sediment.
