小興安嶺紅松林土壤酶活性與土壤理化性質(zhì)的時(shí)空變化

【摘要】:采用土壤學(xué)常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了小興安嶺原始紅松林和人工紅松林土壤酶活性和土壤理化性質(zhì)的時(shí)空變化及兩者之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:土壤酶活性及土壤理化性質(zhì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)整體上表現(xiàn)為9月份最高,表層土壤(0h≤5 cm)高于下層土壤(5 cmh≤20 cm),且差異顯著。原始紅松林土壤葡萄糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、過氧化氫酶活性低于人工紅松林,土壤多酚氧化酶和土壤脲酶活性卻相反;土壤理化性質(zhì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)以原始紅松林較高,土壤理化性質(zhì)和土壤酶活之間具有顯著相關(guān)性。
