化學(xué)絮凝法處理溫室龜鱉養(yǎng)殖廢水工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:選擇聚合氯化鋁(PAC)、聚合硫酸鐵(PFS)、聚合氯化鐵(PFC)為絮凝劑,對比研究3種絮凝劑去除溫室龜鱉養(yǎng)殖(greenhouse turtle aquaculture)廢水懸浮物效果。結(jié)果表明,絮凝劑PAC的絮凝效果最佳。選擇PAC為絮凝劑,陽離子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)為助凝劑,通過響應(yīng)面法以濁度去除率為響應(yīng)值,PAC和PAM的投加量和攪拌時間為影響因素,對工藝關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最終確定最佳工藝參數(shù)。根據(jù)響應(yīng)面分析結(jié)果,確定龜鱉養(yǎng)殖廢水的最佳絮凝條件為PAC質(zhì)量濃度85.3 mg/L、PAM質(zhì)量濃度19.8 mg/L、攪拌時間2 min。在此條件下濁度去除率為97.1%,為溫室龜鱉養(yǎng)殖廢水的優(yōu)化絮凝處理提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Polyaluminium chloride (PAC), polyferric sulfate (PFS) and polyferric chloride (PFC) were used as flocculants to study the effects of three flocculants on the removal of suspended matter from greenhouse turtle aquaculture wastewater. The results showed that the flocculating effect of flocculant PAC was the best. Using PAC as flocculant and cationic polyacrylamide (PAM) as coagulant aid, the key parameters of the process were optimized by using the turbidity removal rate as the response value, the dosage of PAC and PAM and the stirring time as the influencing factors. Finally, the optimum process parameters are determined. According to the results of response surface analysis, the optimum flocculation conditions of turtle culture wastewater were determined as follows: the mass concentration of PAC was 85.3 mg / L, the mass concentration of PAM was 19.8 mg / L, and the stirring time was 2 min. Under these conditions, the turbidity removal rate is 97.1g, which provides a reference for the optimal flocculation treatment of turtle and turtle culture wastewater in greenhouse.
