【摘要】：采用我國1978-2014年的數(shù)據(jù),分析城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度的變化趨勢并提出對(duì)應(yīng)的政策解釋。通過構(gòu)建城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的指標(biāo)體系、采用主成分分析法確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重后獲得了城鎮(zhèn)化水平與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代水平的變量數(shù)值,然后基于離差系數(shù)最小化協(xié)調(diào)度模型測算了城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的耦合度與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度。結(jié)果表明:我國的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平長期滯后于城鎮(zhèn)化水平是制約城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的主要瓶頸;除了改革開放初期我國城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度存在短期的波動(dòng)向下趨勢以外,其余年份我國城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度總體呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)上升趨勢;在不同的發(fā)展階段,帶動(dòng)我國城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制不盡相同,而且各階段協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度的變化與我國的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策存在明顯的周期性關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from 1978 to 2014 in China, this paper analyzes the changing trend of coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization and puts forward corresponding policy explanations. By constructing the index system of urbanization and agricultural modernization, the variable values of urbanization level and agricultural modern level are obtained by using principal component analysis method to determine the weight of each index. Then the coupling degree and coordinated development degree between urbanization and agricultural modernization are calculated based on the minimum coordination degree model of deviation coefficient. The results show that the level of agricultural modernization in China lags behind the level of urbanization for a long time is the main bottleneck restricting the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization; In addition to the short term fluctuation and downward trend of the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in China at the beginning of reform and opening up, the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in other years has generally shown a continuous upward trend. In different stages of development, the motive mechanism of promoting the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in China is different, and the change of coordinated development degree in each stage is obviously related to the social and economic policies of our country.
