EN-1固化劑對(duì)土壤理化及生物學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:EN-1固化劑是一種由強(qiáng)氧化劑、溶解劑和分散劑組成,稀釋后無(wú)毒、無(wú)污染的高分子復(fù)合材料,可增強(qiáng)土壤顆粒間的粘結(jié)力,增加土壤水穩(wěn)性團(tuán)聚體含量,從而保持土壤結(jié)構(gòu)體的持久穩(wěn)定。由于水陸交錯(cuò)帶區(qū)域的土壤在受到雨水侵蝕、洪水浸泡與河水沖刷時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的流失,這些的高石礫土壤嚴(yán)重制約著植被的恢復(fù)過(guò)程。因此,通過(guò)土壤中添加EN-1固化劑,實(shí)施水土保持措施,是防治水土流失、恢復(fù)水陸交錯(cuò)帶植被的重要途徑。研究以漓江水陸交錯(cuò)帶土壤為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)室內(nèi)模擬和盆栽試驗(yàn),研究了EN-1固化劑摻入量、養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期、壓實(shí)度對(duì)土壤物理性質(zhì),如抗崩性、抗沖性、浸水容重的影響;EN-1固化劑摻入量(0.00%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%和0.50%)和輔助劑石灰(0.30%干土質(zhì)量比)對(duì)土壤pH值、水溶性化學(xué)成分、硝態(tài)氮、銨態(tài)氮、3種土壤水解酶即糖苷酶、幾丁質(zhì)酶、酸性磷酸酶、2種氧化還原酶即酚氧化酶和過(guò)氧化物酶的活性的影響:EN-1固化劑和輔助劑石灰對(duì)植物生長(zhǎng)的影響。確定固土效果較好,且對(duì)植被生長(zhǎng)影響不大的EN-1摻量、壓實(shí)度和養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期。本研究對(duì)漓江水陸交錯(cuò)帶水土保持、以及植被恢復(fù)過(guò)程提供理論依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明如下:(1)EN-1固化劑的使用,可增強(qiáng)土壤的抗崩性能、抗沖性能以及增大土壤的浸水容重。當(dāng)EN-1固化劑摻入量達(dá)到0.30%及以上時(shí),土壤抗崩性試驗(yàn)中固化土的崩解量以及土壤抗沖試驗(yàn)中的固化土產(chǎn)沙量較少。當(dāng)養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期延長(zhǎng)到7d及以上時(shí),土壤抗崩性能和土壤抗沖性能較強(qiáng)。當(dāng)壓實(shí)度為0.90及以上時(shí),土壤抗崩性能較好,但為了植被良好的生長(zhǎng),又為達(dá)到近似于壓實(shí)度為0.90時(shí)的固土效果,可將壓實(shí)度設(shè)為0.85,添加輔助劑石灰0.30%。(2)固化土的pH值隨EN-1固化劑摻量的增加而減小。EN-1固化劑各種摻量條件下添加輔助劑石灰的處理,土壤pH值均高于無(wú)輔助劑處理,可見(jiàn)0.30%輔助劑石灰的添加能夠中和EN-1固化劑的酸性,起到調(diào)節(jié)土壤PH值的作用。EN-1固化劑屬于有機(jī)溶液,它的摻入也會(huì)使土壤中水溶性有機(jī)碳、水溶性總氮的量增加。(3)土壤中摻入EN-1固化劑,隨著摻入量的增加,土壤中酸性磷酸酶的活性提高,過(guò)氧化物酶的活性降低;當(dāng)適量的添加EN-1時(shí),會(huì)促進(jìn)糖苷酶、幾丁質(zhì)酶和過(guò)氧化物酶的活性,但當(dāng)添加EN-1過(guò)量時(shí),三種酶的活性會(huì)受到抑制。土壤在添加0.30%石灰的基礎(chǔ)上,再摻入不同比例的EN-1固化劑,五種酶的活性均呈現(xiàn)先被促進(jìn),后被抑制的趨勢(shì),但五種酶活性出現(xiàn)最大值時(shí)的EN-1摻量不全一致。(4)添加石灰與不添加石灰兩種情況下的土壤中,植物生物量均隨EN-1摻入量的增加呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)不添加石灰時(shí),EN-1的最佳摻量為0.20%,添加石灰時(shí)EN-1最佳摻量為0.30%。
[Abstract]:EN-1 curing agent is a kind of strong oxidizing agent, dissolving agent and dispersant, dilute nontoxic and pollution-free polymer composite. It can enhance the cohesive force between soil particles, increase the soil water stable aggregate content, and keep the soil structure stable. Because the soil in the water and land zone is eroded by rain, flood Soaking and water scouring will produce a large amount of loss, these high gravel soils seriously restrict the restoration process of vegetation. Therefore, it is an important way to prevent and control soil erosion and restore the vegetation of the water and land interlaced zone by adding EN-1 curing agent in the soil, and the soil of the Lijiang River and land interlaced zone is the research object. After the indoor simulation and pot experiment, the effects of the amount of EN-1 curing agent, the curing age, the compaction degree on the soil physical properties, such as anti collapse, impact resistance and water bulk density, the amount of EN-1 curing agent (0%, 0.10%, 0.20%, 0.30% and 0.50%) and the auxiliary lime (0.30% dry soil mass ratio) to the soil pH value, water soluble chemical composition, nitrate nitrogen and ammonium, were studied. The effects of 3 kinds of soil hydrolases, such as glucosidase, chitinase, acid phosphatase, 2 oxidoreductases, the effects of phenoloxidase and peroxidase, the effect of EN-1 curing agent and auxiliary lime on plant growth. The effect of soil fixing agent and auxiliary lime on plant growth is better, and the amount of EN-1 that has little effect on the growth of vegetation, the degree of compaction and curing age. The theoretical basis is provided for the soil and water conservation of the Lijiang River and land interlaced zone, as well as the process of vegetation restoration. The results are as follows: (1) the use of EN-1 curing agent can enhance the avalanche performance, impact resistance and increase the soil bulk density. When the dosage of EN-1 curing agent is up to 0.30% or more, the soil is solidified in the soil anti collapse test. When the curing age is extended to 7d and above, the soil anti collapse performance and soil anti impact performance are stronger when the curing age is extended to 7d and above. When the compaction degree is more than 0.90 and above, the soil anti collapse performance is better, but for the good vegetation growth, the soil consolidation effect is approximately 0.90 when the compaction degree is approximate. The compactness is set to 0.85. The pH value of the added lime 0.30%. (2) solidified soil decreases with the increase of the dosage of EN-1 curing agent and reduces the addition of auxiliary lime under the various dosage conditions of the.EN-1 curing agent. The pH value of the soil is higher than that of the non auxiliary agent. It can be seen that the addition of 0.30% auxiliary lime can neutralize the acidity of the EN-1 curing agent. The.EN-1 curing agent is an organic solution, and its incorporation will also increase the amount of water-soluble organic carbon and water soluble total nitrogen in the soil. (3) with the addition of EN-1 curing agent, the activity of acid phosphatase in the soil increases and the activity of peroxidase is reduced with the increase of the amount of admixture. When a proper amount of EN-1 is added, it will promote glucoside. Enzyme, chitinase and peroxidase activity, but when adding EN-1 overdose, the activity of the three enzymes will be inhibited. On the basis of adding 0.30% lime and adding different proportions of EN-1 curing agent, the activity of the five enzymes is first promoted and then suppressed, but the amount of EN-1 admixture at the maximum of the activity of the five enzymes is not complete. (4) in the soil with two kinds of lime and no lime, the biomass of plant increased first and then decreased with the increase of EN-1 content. When no lime was added, the best dosage of EN-1 was 0.20%, and the best dosage of EN-1 was 0.30%. when adding lime.
