【摘要】：為探究耕地利用中的主要障礙限制因素,實(shí)現(xiàn)耕地的集約高效利用,以河北省南和縣為例,基于2003年、2008年及2013年耕地利用數(shù)據(jù),從耕地投入強(qiáng)度、利用程度、利用效率以及持續(xù)狀況4個(gè)方面構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用變異系數(shù)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,采用加權(quán)和法對耕地集約利用情況及變化進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用協(xié)調(diào)度指數(shù)和障礙度指數(shù)對南和縣耕地集約利用各因子的協(xié)調(diào)程度及對耕地集約利用的障礙程度進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和時(shí)空特征分析。結(jié)果表明:2003—2013年,南和縣各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的集約水平有所提高,集約利用等級(jí)逐漸由低級(jí)向高級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)化;集約利用等級(jí)相同的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)呈現(xiàn)出集聚連片分布和數(shù)量逐年擴(kuò)大的特征;南和縣及其各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的因素層因子間的協(xié)調(diào)度逐步增加;各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的最大限制因子是投入強(qiáng)度,最小限制因子是持續(xù)狀況。這為南和縣耕地資源可持續(xù)利用提供理論支撐和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the main limiting factors of cultivated land utilization and realize the intensive and efficient use of cultivated land, taking Nanhe County of Hebei Province as an example, based on the data of cultivated land utilization in 2003, 2008 and 2013, the input intensity and utilization degree of cultivated land were analyzed. The evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects of efficiency and sustainability. The coefficient of variation method is used to determine the index weight, and the weighted sum method is used to evaluate the intensive utilization and change of cultivated land. Coordination degree index and obstacle degree index were used to evaluate the degree of coordination of various factors of intensive utilization of cultivated land and the degree of obstacle to intensive utilization of cultivated land in Nanhe County. The results showed that from 2003 to 2013, the intensive level of towns and townships in Nanhe County increased, and the level of intensive utilization gradually changed from lower level to higher level, and the towns with the same level of intensive utilization showed the characteristics of agglomeration distribution and increasing number year by year. The degree of coordination among the factors in Nanhe county and its villages and towns increased gradually, the maximum limiting factor of each township was input intensity, and the minimum limiting factor was persistent condition. This provides theoretical and technical support for the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Nanhe County.
