【摘要】：中小型養(yǎng)殖場是我國畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的主體,由于受糞便處理設施、技術及資金等方面的諸多制約,對周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境構成較大壓力。集中處理是中小型養(yǎng)殖場畜禽糞便處理的一種重要模式。為了解當前畜禽糞便集中處理模式的現(xiàn)狀與問題,提出該模式的推廣應用建議,本文調研并分析了畜禽糞便集中處理組織模式的各個環(huán)節(jié),包括糞便收集與輸送、糞便處理技術方式、產品利用的組織模式等,提出了地方政府應作為公共服務的組織者和利益相關方的協(xié)調者為糞便還田利用搭建服務平臺、制定因地制宜的畜禽糞便再生資源價格補貼政策、加強環(huán)保政策與畜禽糞便合理利用的宣傳教育等措施。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized farms are the main body of livestock and poultry breeding industry in China. Due to many constraints such as fecal disposal facilities, technology and funds, these farms exert great pressure on the surrounding ecological environment. Centralized treatment is an important mode of animal excrement treatment in small and medium farms. In order to understand the present situation and problems of the mode of centralized disposal of livestock and poultry dung, and put forward some suggestions for its popularization and application, this paper investigated and analyzed the various links of the mode of centralized treatment of livestock and poultry feces, including the collection and transportation of feces. It is suggested that the local government should act as the organizer of the public service and the coordinator of the stakeholders to build the service platform for the dejecta returning to the field. To establish the policy of price subsidy for the renewable resources of livestock and poultry feces according to local conditions, and to strengthen the measures of environmental protection policy and propaganda and education on the rational utilization of livestock and poultry excrement, etc.
