【摘要】：我國人多地少,耕地資源稀缺,近年來耕地資源表現(xiàn)出數(shù)量銳減和質(zhì)量日趨衰退兩個(gè)方面問題。結(jié)合農(nóng)用地分等成果,研究一套適合我國土地國情的耕地質(zhì)量等別監(jiān)測體系有助于推進(jìn)耕地?cái)?shù)量、質(zhì)量和生態(tài)全面管護(hù)進(jìn)程,推動(dòng)基本農(nóng)田保護(hù)和建設(shè)。本文在國內(nèi)外已有的農(nóng)用地監(jiān)測評價(jià)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)要求,建立一套適合我國高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田的評價(jià)監(jiān)測指標(biāo)體系,并提出了基于高分遙感的研究區(qū)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田質(zhì)量快速監(jiān)測指標(biāo)。結(jié)合遙感技術(shù),快速識別Pléiades影像基本農(nóng)田質(zhì)量的指標(biāo)變化,包括表層土壤質(zhì)地、表層土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量、田塊規(guī)整度、道路影響半徑、防護(hù)林覆蓋率5項(xiàng)指標(biāo),并完成了對研究區(qū)基本農(nóng)田質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測評價(jià),得出結(jié)論如下:(1)遙感監(jiān)測土地利用類指標(biāo)。Pléiades高分辨率影像在農(nóng)田區(qū)域的地類識別方面可較為精準(zhǔn)的完成,且通過多尺度分割與光譜差異分割相結(jié)合的方法,可以使得分割結(jié)果更加貼合實(shí)際地物,提高分類精度。(2)遙感監(jiān)測土壤自然條件類指標(biāo)。通過曲周縣樣本點(diǎn)的表土有機(jī)質(zhì)實(shí)測含量、表層土壤質(zhì)地和Pléiades影像對應(yīng)樣本點(diǎn)的DN值進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,可以得出Pléiades影像的DN值與表層土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量、表層土壤質(zhì)地之間存在相關(guān)性關(guān)系,基本可通過DN值變化反演研究區(qū)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田的表層土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量和表層土壤質(zhì)地。(3)快速評價(jià)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田質(zhì)量。根據(jù)已有研究,本文從土壤自然條件和土地利用條件兩方面構(gòu)建了一套基于遙感技術(shù)的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,完成了高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田綜合質(zhì)量的快速評價(jià)。本文通過對研究耕地質(zhì)量等別監(jiān)測指標(biāo),整理監(jiān)測指標(biāo)所涉及的內(nèi)容,本著實(shí)證與理論相結(jié)合的原則,建立高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田監(jiān)測的指標(biāo)體系,為高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田監(jiān)測體系的建立提供建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the quantity of cultivated land has declined sharply and the quality of cultivated land has been declining day by day. Based on the results of agricultural land classification, the study of a set of cultivated land quality monitoring system suitable for China's land conditions is helpful to promote the overall management process of cultivated land quantity, quality and ecology, and to promote the protection and construction of basic farmland. Based on the research of agricultural land monitoring and evaluation both at home and abroad and in combination with the requirements of high standard farmland construction in China, this paper establishes a set of evaluation and monitoring index system suitable for high standard basic farmland in China. The fast monitoring index of high standard basic farmland quality based on high score remote sensing is put forward. Combined with remote sensing technology, the indexes of basic farmland quality in Pl 茅 iades image can be quickly identified, including surface soil texture, surface soil organic matter content, field regularity, road influence radius and shelterbelt coverage. The basic farmland quality in the study area is monitored and evaluated. The conclusions are as follows: 1) the land use index. Pl 茅 iades high resolution image can be used to identify the land types in the farmland area accurately. Through the combination of multi-scale segmentation and spectral differential segmentation, the segmentation results can be more suitable to the actual objects, and improve the classification accuracy. 2) remote sensing can be used to monitor soil natural conditions. Through the correlation analysis of the measured content of surface soil organic matter, the texture of surface soil and the DN value of sample point corresponding to Pl 茅 iades image in Quzhou County, we can get the DN value of Pl 茅 iades image and the content of organic matter in surface soil. There is a correlation between the surface soil texture, which can be used to evaluate the quality of high standard basic farmland quickly through DN value inversion of the surface soil organic matter content of the high standard basic farmland and the surface soil texture. According to the existing research, this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of high standard basic farmland quality based on remote sensing technology from two aspects of soil natural condition and land use condition, and completes the rapid evaluation of high standard basic farmland quality. In this paper, through the study of cultivated land quality and other monitoring indicators, sorting out the content of monitoring indicators, based on the principle of combination of empirical and theoretical, establish a high standard basic farmland monitoring index system. To provide suggestions for the establishment of high standard basic farmland monitoring system.
