干旱脅迫對喀斯特地區(qū)野生茶樹幼苗生理特性及根系生長的影響

【摘要】:以貴州喀斯特地區(qū)4種野生茶樹(Sect Thea(L.)Dyer)無性系幼苗為材料,采用盆栽控水方法研究其對干旱脅迫的生理生長響應,初步評價其抗旱性,并采用田間模擬持續(xù)干旱試驗進行驗證。結果表明:(1)隨著干旱脅迫程度的加強,4種野生茶樹葉片的相對含水量逐漸降低;細胞質膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和可溶性糖含量均呈上升趨勢;游離脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升后降;過氧化物酶(POD)活性除禿房茶隨脅迫程度加強呈上升趨勢外,其他種均呈先升后降趨勢。(2)隨著干旱脅迫程度的加強,4種茶樹幼苗總生物量干重均逐漸下降,根冠比先升后降;根系總長除在禿房茶中呈先升后降趨勢外,在其他3個種中均逐漸下降;根系總表面積、根系總體積在大理茶和茶中逐漸下降,而在大廠茶和禿房茶中先升后降;根系平均直徑在禿房茶中逐漸降低,大廠茶中先升后降,茶中逐漸升高;根系活力在大理茶中逐漸下降,在其他3種中均先升后降;而比葉面積則在大廠茶中呈下降趨勢,在其他3種中均先升后降。(3)基于生長生理指標的隸屬函數(shù)抗旱性評價結果表明,MDA含量和細胞質膜透性與野生茶樹抗旱性密切相關,4種野生茶樹幼苗的抗旱順序為禿房茶(Camellia gymnogyna Chang)大廠茶(Camellia tachangensis F.C.Zhang)茶(Camellia Sinensis(L.)-O.Kuntze)大理茶(Camellia taliensis(W.W.Smish)),田間持續(xù)干旱試驗驗證了基于隸屬函數(shù)抗旱性評價方法的準確性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The seedlings of four wild tea plants, sect TheaThea L.Dyer), in karst area of Guizhou Province, were used to study the physiological growth response to drought stress by pot water control method, and the drought resistance was preliminarily evaluated, and the results were verified by field simulated continuous drought test. The results showed that the relative water content of leaves of four wild tea plants decreased gradually with the increase of drought stress, and the contents of cytoplasmic membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar increased. The content of free proline and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased first and then decreased. With the increase of drought stress, the total biomass of the four tea species decreased gradually, the root / shoot ratio increased first and then decreased, and the total root length increased first and then decreased, except that in baldness tea, the total root length increased first and then decreased. In the other three species, the total root surface area and root volume decreased gradually in Dali tea and tea, while in Dachang tea and baldness tea, the average root diameter decreased gradually in baldness tea and then decreased in Dachang tea. The root activity in Dali tea decreased gradually, and then decreased in the other three kinds of tea, but the specific leaf area decreased in Dachang tea. The results of drought resistance evaluation based on growth physiological index showed that MDA content and cytoplasmic membrane permeability were closely related to drought resistance of wild tea plants.
