無機磷降解菌株的分離、鑒定及解磷能力

【摘要】:為了開發(fā)高效微生物解磷肥,利用解磷菌選擇培養(yǎng)基,從陜西省西安市周至縣獼猴桃園農(nóng)田土壤中分離出具有降解無機磷能力的菌株共計9株,通過純化培養(yǎng),篩選出1株高效無機磷降解菌JWP3。利用16S rDNA基因序列分析方法對該菌株的分類信息進行鑒定,鑒定結(jié)果表明該菌株為膠質(zhì)芽孢桿菌(Paenibacillus mucilaginosus)。并通過試驗確定了該菌株的最適培養(yǎng)條件:初始接種量4%,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速200 r/min,培養(yǎng)溫度30℃,初始pH值為7。試驗結(jié)果可為無機磷降解菌JWP3的大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to develop high efficient microorganism hydrolyzed phosphate fertilizer, 9 strains with the ability of degrading inorganic phosphorus were isolated from the farmland soil of Zhouzhi County, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. A strain of high efficient inorganic phosphorus degrading bacteria JWP3 was screened out. The 16s rDNA gene sequence analysis method was used to identify the taxonomic information of the strain. The results showed that the strain was Paenibacillus mucilaginosus.
