大興安嶺火后不同恢復(fù)時期土壤微生物生物量動態(tài)變化

【摘要】:林火作為我國北方森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要干擾因子,隨著全球氣候變暖,其影響將更為嚴重。本文對大興安嶺地區(qū)興安落葉松(Larix gmelinii)林重度火燒跡地3塊不同恢復(fù)階段1個生長季土壤微生物生物量氮、碳的動態(tài)變化進行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明:在整個生長季,土壤微生物生物量氮、碳都呈現(xiàn)先增加后減少的趨勢,而且土壤上層微生物生物量氮、碳都高于土壤下層�;鸷�3年和火后28年土壤上、下層微生物生物量氮高于對照樣地,火干擾后9年土壤上、下層微生物生物量氮低于對照樣地;火后3年土壤上、下層微生物生物量碳低于對照樣地;火后9年和28年微生物生物量碳高于對照樣地�;鸷蟛煌謴�(fù)階段土壤微生物生物量氮、碳在6月份達到峰值,然后在生長季中呈下降趨勢�;鸷�9年土壤上層微生物生物量碳與磷(P)含量呈顯著負相關(guān)關(guān)系,火后9年土壤下層和火后28年土壤上層微生物生物量氮與土壤含水量呈正相關(guān)。本研究結(jié)果將為研究中國北方森林系統(tǒng)火后土壤微生物生物量氮、碳的動態(tài)變化及其火后的主要影響因子提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Forest fire, as an important disturbance factor of forest ecosystem in northern China, will be more serious with the global warming. In this paper, the dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass nitrogen and carbon of Larix gmelinii (Larix gmelinii) forest in Daxing'anling region were investigated. The results showed that soil microbial biomass nitrogen and carbon increased first and then decreased during the whole growing season, and the biomass nitrogen and carbon of the upper soil were higher than those of the lower soil. Three years after the fire and 28 years after the fire, the microbial biomass nitrogen in the lower layer was higher than that in the same field, and in the soil nine years after the fire, the biomass nitrogen in the lower layer was lower than that in the same land; in the soil three years after the fire, The microbial biomass carbon in the lower layer was lower than that in the same field, and the microbial biomass carbon in 9 and 28 years after fire was higher than that in the same field. Soil microbial biomass nitrogen and carbon reached the peak in June and then decreased in the growing season. There was a significant negative correlation between microbial biomass carbon and P content in the upper layer of soil nine years after fire, and a positive correlation between microbial biomass nitrogen and soil moisture content in the lower soil nine years after fire and 28 years after fire. The results of this study will provide a data basis for studying the dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass nitrogen and carbon and the main influencing factors after fire in the forest system of northern China.
