【摘要】：為探明枸溶性鉀肥與硫酸鉀肥配施對土壤改良和烤煙生長的影響,通過盆栽煙株進(jìn)行干旱處理,研究枸溶性鉀肥不同配施比例在干旱脅迫條件下對土壤理化性質(zhì)(土壤容重、土壤孔隙度、土壤鉀含量),土壤微生物(真菌、細(xì)菌、放線菌)活性以及根系生長(根系生物量、根系構(gòu)型參數(shù)、根系活力)的影響。結(jié)果表明,施加枸溶性鉀肥可使土壤容重降低、孔隙度增大、速效鉀和緩效鉀含量增加、微生物數(shù)量提高,促進(jìn)烤煙根系生長。在正常水分調(diào)控下,以75%枸溶性鉀肥+25%的硫酸鉀肥的處理最佳;在干旱脅迫條件下,以50%枸溶性鉀肥+50%硫酸鉀的處理最佳。在烤煙實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,建議在保水能力差的土壤或降雨量少的煙區(qū)配施枸溶性鉀肥。本研究對改善植煙土壤和提高煙葉品質(zhì)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of combined application of citric soluble potassium fertilizer and potassium sulfate fertilizer on soil improvement and growth of flue-cured tobacco, the physicochemical properties (soil bulk density) of soil under drought stress were studied under drought stress. Effects of soil porosity, soil potassium content, soil microbial activity (fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes) and root growth (root biomass, root configuration parameters, root activity). The results showed that the application of citric soluble potassium fertilizer could decrease soil bulk density, increase porosity, increase the content of available potassium and slow available potassium, increase the number of microorganisms, and promote the growth of root system of flue-cured tobacco. Under normal water control, 75% citric soluble potassium fertilizer 25% potassium sulfate fertilizer is the best treatment, and 50% soluble potassium fertilizer 50% potassium citrate sulfate treatment is the best under drought stress condition. In the actual production of flue-cured tobacco, it is suggested to apply citric soluble potassium fertilizer in the soil with poor water holding capacity or in the tobacco area with less rainfall. This study has guiding significance for improving tobacco planting soil and tobacco leaf quality.
