【摘要】：[目的]面對(duì)人地關(guān)系緊張、糧食安全嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì),走集約挖潛、生態(tài)兼顧的耕地利用模式是可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路的必然選擇。因此,如何協(xié)調(diào)好耕地集約利用與耕地生態(tài)安全之間的關(guān)系,成為亟待解決的關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題。[方法]文章運(yùn)用協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論,構(gòu)建耕地集約利用與耕地生態(tài)安全協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)模型,分析西安市1999~2014年間的耕地集約利用與耕地生態(tài)安全協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度的時(shí)空分異。[結(jié)果]研究表明:從時(shí)間上看,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度整體上逐年增加,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等級(jí)由最初的輕度失調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)為良好協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展型,但近年來(lái)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度呈現(xiàn)緩慢下降趨勢(shì);從空間上看,西安市協(xié)調(diào)度與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度都存在著顯著的地區(qū)差異,其中高陵縣、灞橋區(qū)的變化較顯著。[結(jié)論]研究結(jié)果可為西安市耕地集約利用與耕地生態(tài)安全協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)耕地生態(tài)集約化提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective] in the face of the tense relationship between man and land and the severe situation of food security, it is the inevitable choice of sustainable development to take the mode of cultivated land utilization with intensive exploitation and ecological consideration. Therefore, how to coordinate the relationship between intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security of cultivated land has become a key problem to be solved. [methods] based on the theory of coordinated development, the evaluation model of intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security of cultivated land was established, and the temporal and spatial differentiation of the degree of coordinated development between intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security of cultivated land was analyzed in Xi'an City from 1999 to 2014. [results] the results show that, in terms of time, the degree of coordinated development has increased year by year, and the level of coordinated development has changed from the initial slight imbalance to a good one, but in recent years the degree of coordinated development has shown a slow downward trend; from a spatial point of view, There are significant regional differences in the degree of coordination and development in Xi'an, among which the changes in Gaoling County and Baqiao District are significant. [conclusion] the results can provide scientific basis for the coordinated development of intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security of cultivated land and the realization of ecological intensification of cultivated land in Xi'an.
