【摘要】：氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)是一種可持續(xù)提高農(nóng)業(yè)效率、增強適應(yīng)性、減少溫室氣體排放,以更高目標實現(xiàn)糧食安全的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和發(fā)展模式。當前,世界各國圍繞氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)理念,開展了大量的政策激勵、技術(shù)優(yōu)化、模式集成,以及示范推廣等方面的研究與應(yīng)用。本文在介紹分析國外氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了加快中國氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策激勵、科技創(chuàng)新、國際交流等方面的相關(guān)建議,以提升中國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)對氣候變化的應(yīng)對能力,促進農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Climate smart agriculture is a kind of agricultural production and development model which can improve agricultural efficiency, enhance adaptability, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve food security with higher goals. At present, many countries around the world have carried out a great deal of research and application in the fields of policy incentive, technology optimization, model integration and demonstration and extension around the concept of climate intelligent agriculture. On the basis of introducing and analyzing the current situation and trend of climate intelligent agriculture in foreign countries, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on accelerating the development of climate intelligent agriculture in China in terms of policy incentives, scientific and technological innovations, international exchanges, etc. In order to improve the ability of Chinese agricultural production to cope with climate change, promote sustainable development of agriculture.
