安太堡礦區(qū)不同植被恢復(fù)模式對(duì)土壤活性有機(jī)碳的影響

【摘要】:我國(guó)當(dāng)前對(duì)于礦區(qū)復(fù)墾土地有機(jī)碳的研究多集中于總有機(jī)碳,而對(duì)其中具有特殊含義又十分重要的活性碳的部分則研究較少。事實(shí)上,活性有機(jī)碳相較于總有機(jī)碳,更能敏感地反映出外界環(huán)境變化對(duì)土壤碳庫(kù)的影響機(jī)理,對(duì)土壤微生物的活動(dòng)、植被群落的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育以及區(qū)域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳儲(chǔ)量的增加都具有十分重要的作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)安太堡礦區(qū)不同植被恢復(fù)模式下0-60cm土壤活性有機(jī)碳(333、167、33mmol/L濃度的KMn O4分別提取出的低、中、高活性的易氧化有機(jī)碳)的分布變化情況及其與土壤養(yǎng)分和凋落物的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行研究,可以及時(shí)有效地監(jiān)測(cè)礦區(qū)復(fù)墾土壤活性有機(jī)碳庫(kù)的變化情況及其更新程度,對(duì)礦區(qū)植被恢復(fù)碳效應(yīng)的研究具有最直接的意義。本文的研究結(jié)果主要包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)不同植被恢復(fù)模式下土壤總有機(jī)碳和各活性有機(jī)碳均隨土層深度的加深而遞減,總有機(jī)碳(0~50g/kg)低活性有機(jī)碳(6~100mg/kg)中活性有機(jī)碳(2~55mg/kg)高活性有機(jī)碳(0~5.4mg/kg),說(shuō)明以333mmol/L KMn O4氧化的活性有機(jī)碳含量最高,對(duì)植被類型變化的響應(yīng)也最敏感。植被恢復(fù)顯著提升表層土壤的碳庫(kù)活性,改善碳庫(kù)的質(zhì)量,以SⅣ(油松×刺槐)模式下的效果最好。總有機(jī)碳與各活性有機(jī)碳之間關(guān)系密切,活性有機(jī)碳很大程度上依賴于總有機(jī)碳,各活性有機(jī)碳均可以對(duì)不同植被恢復(fù)模式下土壤碳庫(kù)的微小變化做出敏感有效的響應(yīng),其中以低活性有機(jī)碳表現(xiàn)最好。(2)植被恢復(fù)對(duì)提升礦區(qū)土壤全氮、全鉀、有效磷的含量無(wú)顯著性影響,對(duì)提升表層土壤速效鉀和水解氮的含量具有顯著性影響,可以有效改善礦區(qū)土壤的酸堿度,使土壤性質(zhì)朝著良好的方向發(fā)展,以SⅣ(油松×刺槐)模式下的效果最好。各活性有機(jī)碳與理化性質(zhì)間關(guān)系密切,以SHR(沙棘)模式下的相關(guān)性最好,其中低活性有機(jī)碳更能敏感地反映出土壤性質(zhì)的微小變化。凋落物與土壤各活性有機(jī)碳間關(guān)系十分密切,以SⅣ(油松×刺槐)模式下的相關(guān)性最為顯著。(3)礦區(qū)植被恢復(fù)的碳效應(yīng)凸顯,以SⅣ(油松×刺槐)模式的效果最好,所以安太堡礦區(qū)植被恢復(fù)要優(yōu)先考慮油松×刺槐模式對(duì)于提升土壤碳庫(kù)活性及質(zhì)量的影響,其次兼顧配置其他植被模式,以實(shí)現(xiàn)礦區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on organic carbon in mining area reclamation land is mostly focused on total organic carbon, but less on activated carbon which has special meaning and is very important. In fact, compared with total organic carbon, active organic carbon can more sensitively reflect the influence mechanism of external environment change on soil carbon pool and the activity of soil microorganism. The growth and development of vegetation community and the increase of carbon storage in regional ecosystem play an important role. In this paper, the low and middle concentrations of KMn O _ 4 extracted from 0-60cm soil active organic carbon (ROC) 333167 and 33mmol / L under different vegetation restoration models in Antaibao mining area were studied. Studies on the distribution of highly active and easily oxidized organic carbon (OOC) and its correlation with soil nutrients and litter can effectively and timely monitor the change of active organic carbon pool and the degree of regeneration of reclaimed soil in mining area. The study on carbon effect of vegetation restoration in mining area is of the most direct significance. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) soil total organic carbon (TOC) and active organic carbon (AOC) decrease with the depth of soil layer under different vegetation restoration models. Total organic carbon (TOC) 50 g / kg) of low active organic carbon (60 mg 路kg ~ (-1) active organic carbon ~ (2 +) ~ (55 mg 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (0.4 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1), indicating that the content of active organic carbon oxidized by 333mmol/L KMn O _ (4) is the highest, and the response to the change of vegetation type is also the most sensitive.
