秦嶺典型林分夏秋兩季根際與非根際土壤微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)主要以秦嶺山脈銳齒櫟(Quercus aliena var.acutidentata)、油松(Pinus tabuliformis)、華山松(Pinus armandii)、云杉(Picea asperata)4種典型林分為對(duì)象,利用BIOLOG微孔板法研究4種林分夏、秋兩季根際與非根際土壤微生物群落代謝多樣性。研究表明:(1)夏、秋季土壤根際與非根際的平均顏色變化率(AWCD)值截然不同,除秋季云杉外,其余處理均表現(xiàn)為非根際根際,且AWCD明顯受到季節(jié)的影響。(2)夏秋兩季4種林分根際與非根際土壤微生物功能多樣性之間差異顯著,其中銳齒櫟林夏秋兩季均表現(xiàn)為根際小于非根際,而其它3種針葉林則是夏季根際小于非根際,秋季根際大于非根際;銳齒櫟林根際與非根際均為秋季低于夏季,其他3種針葉林則是非根際土秋季低于夏季,而根際土秋季高于夏季。(3)主成分分析顯示各土壤微生物功能多樣性具有顯著差異,且4種林分夏秋兩季根際與非根際主成分綜合得分也有所不同,4種林分非根際土綜合得分銳齒櫟最高,其次是華山松和云杉,油松最低;根際土夏秋規(guī)律不同,夏季華山松和油松較高,云杉最低,秋季油松和云杉較高,銳齒櫟最低,且綜合得分與多樣性指數(shù)達(dá)到顯著或極顯著的正相關(guān)。(4)冗余分析表明土壤理化性質(zhì)的綜合作用對(duì)土壤微生物群落功能多樣性有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the typical stands of Quercus aliena var. acutidentataer, Pinus tabuliformis, Pinus armandiiana and Picea asperata)4 in Qinling Mountains were divided into four typical stands. The metabolic diversity of microbial communities in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of four stands in summer, autumn and autumn were studied by BIOLOG microporous plate method. The results showed that the average color change rate and AWCD value of soil rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere were very different in summer and autumn, except for Picea spruce in autumn. AWCD was significantly influenced by seasons. (2) there were significant differences in microbial functional diversity between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in summer and autumn, among which the rhizosphere was smaller than that in non-rhizosphere in sharp oak forest in summer and autumn. The other three coniferous forests were less than non-rhizosphere in summer and larger than non-rhizosphere in autumn, the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of acerbic oak forest were lower in autumn than in summer, and the other three coniferous forests were lower in autumn than in summer in non-rhizosphere soil. However, the principal component analysis of rhizosphere soil in autumn was higher than that in summer. The comprehensive scores of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere principal components of four stands in summer and autumn were also different. The comprehensive scores of Quercus acutata in non-rhizosphere soil were the highest, followed by Pinus huashanensis and Picea spruce, the lowest was Pinus tabulaeformis, and the regularity of summer and autumn of rhizosphere soil was different. In summer, Pinus huashanensis and Pinus tabulaeformis were higher, spruce was the lowest, Pinus tabulaeformis and spruce were higher in autumn, Quercus acuminata was the lowest The redundancy analysis showed that the comprehensive effects of soil physical and chemical properties had a significant effect on the functional diversity of soil microbial communities.
