【摘要】：甩刀是臥式香蕉秸稈粉碎還田機(jī)的重要工作部件,合理的結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)可改善整機(jī)的工作性能,減少機(jī)具振動,提高香蕉秸稈粉碎質(zhì)量。通過應(yīng)用Adams、Solidworks Simulation軟件對刀輥進(jìn)行模態(tài)仿真,對刀片的運(yùn)動及受力進(jìn)行理論分析,以確定刀片的最優(yōu)的基本參數(shù)和排列方式。結(jié)果表明:刀片厚度為8mm、彎折角為1 3 0°時,刀片的變形量小,粉碎效果好;V字形排列方式能有效避免刀輥的共振,延長使用壽命。
[Abstract]:Throwing knife is an important working part of horizontal banana straw crushing and returning machine. Reasonable structure and parameter design can improve the working performance of the whole machine, reduce the vibration of the machine and improve the quality of banana straw grinding. By using Adams Solidworks Simulation software to simulate the mode of the cutter roller, the movement and force of the blade are theoretically analyzed, in order to determine the optimal basic parameters and arrangement of the blade. The results show that when the thickness of the blade is 8 mm and the bending angle is 130 擄, the deformation of the blade is small, the grinding effect is good and the V-shape arrangement can effectively avoid the resonance of the cutter roller and prolong the service life.
