ABR處理模擬畜禽養(yǎng)殖廢水中有機(jī)物的快速啟動(dòng)與運(yùn)行優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:研究了厭氧折流板反應(yīng)器(ABR)處理模擬畜禽養(yǎng)殖廢水的快速啟動(dòng)過(guò)程與運(yùn)行條件的優(yōu)化。通過(guò)接種厭氧顆粒污泥、固定停留時(shí)間、逐步升高進(jìn)水負(fù)荷的方式進(jìn)行快速啟動(dòng);64 d后,ABR的有機(jī)負(fù)荷(OLR)達(dá)到5.7 kg COD·(m3·d)~(-1),COD去除率為98%,表明快速啟動(dòng)成功。ABR各格室中成熟顆粒污泥的濃度在7.14~26.17 g·L~(-1)之間,中位直徑從開(kāi)始啟動(dòng)時(shí)的0.89 mm增長(zhǎng)到1.18~1.58 mm,平均增長(zhǎng)速度為7.28×10-3mm·d~(-1)。通過(guò)16Sr DNA、PCR-DGGE技術(shù)對(duì)ABR的成熟顆粒污泥的微生物群落進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了序列最相似的產(chǎn)酸菌包括:Raoultella ornithinolytica、Uncultured Clostridiales bacterium、Staphylococcus sp.、Propionibacterium sp.、Uncultured Acidobacteria bacterium、Brevibacterium casei等,產(chǎn)氫菌Uncultured Clostridium sp.等,以及產(chǎn)甲烷菌Uncultured Firmicutes bacterium等,且這些微生物從ABR第1格室到第5格室呈現(xiàn)種類(lèi)和豐度依次遞減的趨勢(shì),不同格室中微生物群落發(fā)生了演替。在水力停留時(shí)間(HRT)24 h,運(yùn)行溫度(32±1)℃時(shí)ABR處理模擬畜禽養(yǎng)殖廢水的效果較好。
[Abstract]:The rapid start-up process and operation conditions of anaerobic baffle reactor (ABR) for the treatment of simulated livestock and poultry wastewater were studied.
