3種填料對集裝箱循環(huán)水養(yǎng)殖廢水處理的初步研究

【摘要】:為探討聚丙烯塑料發(fā)泡材料(EPP)、懸浮球填料和海綿填料對集裝箱循環(huán)水養(yǎng)殖廢水中細菌吸附性能的差異,以及3種填料掛膜啟動和掛膜成熟后對氨氮(NH_4~+-N)、亞硝酸鹽氮(NO_2~--N)和硝酸鹽氮(NO_3~--N)的凈水效果,以集裝箱循環(huán)水養(yǎng)殖廢水為研究對象,采用自然掛膜的方式進行了為期3個月的試驗,并對相關(guān)指標進行測定。結(jié)果顯示:EPP填料對養(yǎng)殖廢水中細菌的吸附能力最好,另外兩種填料對細菌的吸附能力次之并且差異不顯著(P0.05);3種填料自然掛膜成熟的時間分別為21 d、26 d和30 d;各填料掛膜成熟后處理高濃度NH_4~+-N養(yǎng)殖廢水時,NH_4~+-N濃度與NO_2~--N濃度之間的關(guān)系可以用多項式y(tǒng)=ax~2+bx+c進行擬合,NH_4~+-N濃度與NO_3~--N濃度之間的關(guān)系可以用對數(shù)式y(tǒng)=aln(x)+b進行擬合。研究表明:EPP填料、懸浮球填料和海綿填料均可作為生物填料用于集裝箱循環(huán)水養(yǎng)殖系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of bacteria adsorption performance of polypropylene (PP) foaming material EPPN, suspended ball packing and sponge packing for container circulating water culture wastewater. The effects of three kinds of fillers on the purification of NH _ 4 ~ -N ~ -N, no _ 2N _ 2N _ 2N) and no _ 3-N _ 3-N) after the start-up and maturation of three kinds of fillers were studied. The container circulating water culture wastewater was used as the research object, and the experiment was carried out for three months by using the method of natural membrane hanging. The related indexes were determined. The results showed that the microbes in the culture wastewater could be adsorbed best by the Filler:% EPP. The adsorption ability of the other two fillers to bacteria was the second and the difference was not significant. The maturation time of the three kinds of fillers was 21 d ~ 26 d and 30 d respectively, and the concentration of NH _ 4 ~ -N in the treatment of high concentration NH _ 4 ~ -N culture wastewater after maturation of each packing was compared with that of the control group. The relationship between NO_2~--N concentration and NO_3~--N concentration can be fitted by polynomial y=ax~2 BX c. The results showed that the fraction EPP, suspension ball and sponge fillers could be used as biological fillers in the container recycling water culture system.
